Customer service is useless and they didnt even bother to refund or compensate me despite providing clear evidence there was hair in the food! Lost $16 as the food was inedible. Scammers, please be wary and proceed with caution as they are ought to cheat your money if any issues arise they wont refund you and be dismissive of the situation on hand.

so a deliveroo biker was riding along canberra and he was riding a bike and lta recently said that riding in the pedestrian lane is illegal so he is a illegal man and he crash me🥀💔 me is hurt me is pain and he got off his bike and first thing is he said is "ARE YOU BLIND"💔 then he proceeded to yap for two to three more sentences and ended with a fug u 🥀💔 and I'm mentally hurt 🤕 and also he wasted like 67 seconds of my life

Poor service and unethical business practice. Bought food product and content not as advertised on label. Deliveroo do not want to be responsible and won’t provide refund. Will stop using their service.

Expensive Meal, No Delivery — Totally Unacceptable Service!

I placed an order through their app at 8:55 PM tonight. The app kept showing the food was on its way until after 10 PM, then suddenly marked it as delivered - except it never actually arrived! This was an expensive meal, and I’m still hungry and frustrated. Completely unacceptable!

RIDER STOLE MY FOOD.

I literally used the option to "leave at door", meaning contactless delivery. Meaning literally leave the food at the door and Walk away. But instead the delivery driver STOLE my food, claimed to have called me (did not call me, literally not in my call logs). Customer service Did NOT help. Literally making false claims that the rider attempted to contact me when there is no proof, and dont forget the fact that i literally chose the option of LEAVE AT DOOR. SO what the hell??? And that i will still be charged for whatever i bought. The rider literally got a free meal out of me. Really pissed.

This business should be shut down

This business should be shut down. Don’t use them for anything. The app blatantly lies about the status of the order and even if you pay for Deliveroo plus and another 2$ for priority delivery, this makes no difference at all to the service. Tried ordering a few times and EVERY SINGLE TIME the delivery is more than an hour late or just randomly cancelled or worst arrived completely spoiled and not edible.

Appalling service from Deliveroo

Appalling service from Deliveroo. Ordered priority delivery from a restaurant, waited over an hour before being notified food order was cancelled. Deliveroo apogiaed but that misses the point. No food for myself and my daughter and too late to order from elsewhere.No compensation for such inconvenience

Manager hung up amid refund request

Andrew and then Russell (the manager who hung up on me) gave me one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in Singapore. Three mistakes were made on the order and they offered less than 2 sgd, then additional credit for less than 2 sgd, then they hung up on me. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Very bad experience

Didn't receive food after 1.5 hrs waiting. App shows order completed. Deliveroo CS didn't provide any support, I have to repeat and repeat same message as their staffs keep on changing. They asked me wait for the replacement order and then they cancelled it without inform me. I waited for another half hour and noticed the order was cancelled. I check with the customer support and been told my replacement order unable to complete due to shortage of some martirals. Who believe Chinese restaurant don't have pork and toufu during dinner peak hour? Don't lie! I have to order food via other Apps. Wait 3 hrs in total for the dinner. No service recovery at all. Very disappointed on Deliveroo👎👎

Subscribed to Deliveroo Plus with their…

Subscribed to Deliveroo Plus with their “on-time promise,” but they changed the delivery timing three times, and I ended up waiting two hours for my order. When I called support, I spoke to Steven, who refused to refund or cancel the order. I escalated the issue to his manager, Kiro, who was very rude, put me on hold, and still refused to cancel or refund the order. This is despite the portal clearly stating that orders can be canceled and refunded if late.

As a result, I have canceled both my account and my wife’s account. I will no longer be using Deliveroo. This dishonest company has broken their “on-time promise” multiple times, and this was the last straw.

Deliveroo has never worked for me in…

Deliveroo has never worked for me in Singapore. Food is never delivered within the quoted time and is usually at least an additional 30mins. After 2 bad experiences I deleted the app. Today I decided to give another go and it’s an hour late - will be the last time I use it.

Deliveroo cancellations, poor app experience and late deliveries

Deliveroo picks up address automatically and once I didn’t notice the wrong address and I placed the order. I used the app to try and change the address it doesn’t allow, then called the restaurant no response. Then I chatted with the live agent. I urged the agent to cancel the order so I can reorder. The agent insists they can’t cancel the order, or change the delivery address. This is not the first time, I have received an order 90 mins late and couldn’t cancel and a few times I never got the order. Every time I filed legal action at the small courts and they would refund the order for non-delivery. This time I decided this is such a waste of time I cancelled the subscription and I deleted the app. As long as you have the app you end up ordering like a robot, so no app no order.
One of the reasons why this happens is because Deliveroo lists restaurants who undertake their own delivery. So if the app doesn’t deliver and takes no accountability for delivery they are just a glorified web directory.

Cold delivery! Cold customer service! Cold app

If you want to be scammed by a delivery app! You can choose to go with Deliveroo app. Everything they listed as part of the subscription are total scam.

Usually the delivery takes more than a hour. If anything missing, you have no way to get the refund. Pathetic customer service, they are worse than bots.

They promise on time delivery or 5$ credit. Every time the delivery delays at least 30 mins or more, but never once they provide 5$ credits.

If you cancel the subscription to avoid auto renewal for next time, they will cancel it immediately, whatever the remaining validity you have will not be counted! Any genuine organisation wouldn’t do that, usually they let us use the remaining validity what we paid for.

Total scam, every time you order, you have to hope for there wont be any issue in the order! But unfortunately most of the time, there will be some issue, and it will be never resolved by them.

Last words! Dont waste your time on their customer service! They are totally useless, you feel chat bots are better!

Deliveroo needs to improve dramatically.

Overall delivery in Singapore is great. Deliveroo is not. They let food sit at the restaurant and the arrival tile is a loving target - never earlier even when you paid extra. There is no customer service. The chat won't give refunds and tells you to claim after the delivery, but there is no way to claim. So you just waste more time. Last restaurant told me multiple drivers canceled and asked me to help contact Deliveroo. But they don't answer the phone either!

Poor service

Poor service. The app had a fault dropped the main order and charged a small item delivery of $10 plus the deliver charge. Why is the small item delivery there in the first place?

No help given at all from customer services. Lost regular customer. 👏👏👏
