I purchased pants for $59. Not only were they too small, which did not match the size offered, but the actual pants were not as pictured on the site. They offer refunds but then reveal that the shipping charge for returns is over $80-$120, because it goes to China. They offered me three choices: a 15% partial refund; a 15% "permanent discount code": keep the shitty pants and purchase another item; a "Special Exchange"; I keep the shitty pants and pick something else -- with a shipping charge of $20-$25 dollars. I took the whopping 15% refund -- $9.00. This is absolutely outrageous. I urge anyone reading this NEVER to deal with Denimsuper. Hopefully, they will go out of business.

Billigware, Umtausch wegen den angeblichen Kosten unmöglich. Habe defekte Ware erhalten. Nach 16 E-Mails wurde ein Ersatz geschickt. Wieder Latzhose mit zu kurzen Trägern. Hab das ganze jetzt im Kleidercontainer entsorgt.

Betrug! Wir erhielten ein völlig anderes Hosenmodell (Billigware). Wir schickten Fotos (Aufwand hätten wir uns sparen können). Es wurde stets behauptet, es sei im Rahmen der Abweichungen ok so. Nachdem wir retoure wollten, kamen inakzeptable score credits. Zum Schluss hatten wir von 15% auf 70% verhandelt, aber leider überlesen, dass die 70% auf mehrere Produkte verteilt sein müssen. Nein danke! Finger weg - Betrug von vorn bis hinten. Lieber erst vor der Bestellung auf trust-pilot schauen. Und lasst euch nicht täuschen, wenn das Unternehmen seinen Sitz in den USA oder Europa hat. Alles Tarnung für chinesische Billighersteller.

The one shirt is a total joke its sized large but its so so so tiny it does notveven reach my hips its like itvwas make for a 10 yr old child

The site advertised a 20% discount on purchase. At the time of purchase only 5% was offered.
The clothing received did not resemble the photos of the suit (jacket, waist coat and trousers). The material, the cut and the finish were not as represented, in fact I asked if I had received someone else’s order.
When seeking to return the suit, a 10% discount was offered on future purchases. The company does not refund, regardless of what their site claims. They blocked every attempt to even provide the return address.

Got the wrong product in bad quality and size….looked also completely different on the shop…you cannot refund it (based on their guidelines) and they offered only a 10% payback as goodwill…never again…

Die Hose hatte eine komplett andere Größe als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Ich habe den Mangel innerhalb der 14-tägigen Frist reklamiert, dennoch weigert sich der Verkäufer, die Ware umzutauschen.

Als Begründung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass meine E-Mail angeblich nicht angekommen sei, da sie im Junk-Ordner gelandet wäre. Daraufhin habe ich die ursprüngliche E-Mail erneut geschickt und zusätzlich Fotos der Hose mit einem Maßband als Nachweis beigefügt.

Trotz der fristgerechten Reklamation und der eindeutigen Belege wird mir weder ein Umtausch noch eine Rückerstattung angeboten. Für mich ist dieses Verhalten absolut nicht kundenfreundlich. Ich werde dort definitiv nichts mehr kaufen.

I think your size chart is inaccurate and the labelling of the product I received is inadequate. Your returns policy is deliberately complicated which makes it  impractical to make genuine returns.

In my opinion this makes you a poor retailer and whilst I have your undersized garment you have my money and an approach to retailing that suggests you will always find a way not to return it.

I obviously would not purchase from you again but I expect it unlikely this will bother you.

I'll put it down to a lesson learnt and let karma deal with it in whatever way it seem fit.
