Awful customer service - non responsive
I was a customer of dense for years purchasing their products.
All of a sudden they stopped sending my orders - ignored all contact - via email, via phone and via what’s app. I can only guess as I was on their first pricing model, which has since increased.
Awful customer service, so I’ve gone to a different provider as I’ve no choice (Manual).
Wouldn’t recommend.

The reason your orders stopped was due to expired bank details, which meant we weren’t able to process any further payments or shipments.

Be ready for a long wait and no one to help your enquiry
Signed up and ordered first time - order delayed for few days. They would have not even know if I didn’t send them loads of emails as no one ever answers the phones. Ordered the second time and delays again 5 days ( even though advertised delivery within 48 hours ) called again no answer. Emailed numerously eventually Omar responded. He was not helpful at all in fact he was very condescending and obnoxious!!! . This did not help the situation as I was really upset. I will never buy from you ever again.

While this is standard for bespoke treatments, we appreciate that communication around delays should have been clearer.
