Dentaglobal give excellent service
I have pleasure in writing a review of Dentaglobal after my recent visit there. All of the staff were very friendly caring and helpful. From the driver who collected me from the airport and the daily drives to the clinic. To the staff in reception. The dentist showed good empathy and understanding and was very professional in all she did for me. I am very happy with the treatment I received and am very happy to have teeth again and to be able to enjoy eating again. Finally my thanks to Enes for the support he gave to me while I was in the clinic. The clinic has a well deserved 5 stars

Great service everytime!
Met my dentist Befir for the final phase of my dental implants procedure on 3/11/25. She made me feel at ease right away with her calm demeanour, beautiful smile and reassured me as I was nervous having had work done by Dr Mert 8 years ago, who also did an excellent job with my 20 veneers. Befir completed the implants paying great attention to detail and I love my new teeth. Melis my co- ordinator was also really good, responded promptly to messages I sent before we traveled, making our stay in Izmir really comfortable. I would highly recommend this dental clinic, excellent team of staff and I cannot fault their work.

I can’t help smiling.
I was quite nervous about going to a different country for dental surgery where I never been before. The logistics and hotel as well as patient care support were exceptional from the moment I landed in Izmir.
Dr. Sukur Mert is exceptional implantologist and organizer of great medical establishment Dentaglobal. They have very talented medical team, Labs, equipments, compassionate services for customers needs. Recently I wrote a review regarding the dental treatment I had. I was told to remove it by Dentaglobal they said they will resolve my matter. I paid thousands to have a smile that I could be proud of my front crowns are damaged and with the material they used it says it all.
I can’t smile because of my protruding teeth. Initially when i visited the clinic I asked them not to remove my front teeth as I didn’t have a problem with them.
They advised me it’s best to do so being naive I agreed to this. At the end the amount I was supposed to pay I paid double. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT USE DENTAGLOBAL their are much better dentist in Izmir
Their resolution was I go back for treatment for my front teeth with a small discount ignored my warranty and they blamed my original teeth which they grinded down unbelievable OLEASE DO NIT ACCEPT DENTAL TREATMENT FROM THEM

Mon voyage pour des soins dentaires en Turquie a commencé par une déconvenue : j'ai raté mon vol. La frustration était palpable, mais c'est là que j'ai découvert le service exceptionnel de la clinique. Au lieu de me laisser gérer la situation seul, ils ont immédiatement envoyé quelqu'un pour venir me chercher, transformant un moment de stress en une prise en charge totale et rassurante.
Leur professionnalisme ne s'est pas arrêté là. Tout au long de mon séjour, j'ai été traité comme un véritable VIP. Ils se sont occupés de tout, me trouvant même un coiffeur pour une petite parenthèse de bien-être. Et, ce qui m'a particulièrement marqué, c'est leur respect de mes envies : ils ne m'ont jamais forcé à faire des courses ou des activités, me laissant libre de profiter de mon temps comme je le souhaitais. Cette attention constante et personnalisée a rendu mon expérience non seulement efficace sur le plan médical, mais aussi incroyablement agréable. Ils ont fait bien plus que soigner mes dents ; ils ont pris soin de moi, du début à la fin.

I travelled from Ireland to Izmir as it was recommended by 3 friends. Coming from a patient who had a phobia with dentists lol and my teeth were in awful condition due to lack of care over the years.From start to finish it was a warm welcoming visit. Pain free and always made comfortable. Now I can smile confidently everywhere I go. 100 percent recommend :)

Good service, returned with a full smile
When I heard about Dentaglobal I was in the process of searching for a good implant clinic. I was missing 7 teeth in my mouth. Dentaglobal took care of giving me back my full smile. During my two visits to Izmir, the clinic took full care not only of my dental problems, but also of everything else - meeting at the airport, transportation between the hotel and the clinic, hotel. I was treated like a VIP, the work was impeccable. I recommend Dentaglobal to anyone who has dental problems.

At first I was very anxious about what I was about to have done but the support I got from the Dentaglobal Team was excellent. They answered all my questions and reassured me with my concerns. The advice they gave and how they treated me as a patient and a person was fantastic. Their communication skills are outstanding and they kept in touch throughout my stays and in between my visits. Following a recent visit to the clinic under the warranty provided, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional level of service I received. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, I felt as though it was my first visit, and the staff, from the driver who picked us up from the airport to the receptionist who greeted me warmly, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
Throughout the entire process, I was consulted extensively with the full replacement of my original crowns from the initial consultation in Harley Street with Şükrü Mert Yüce to the actual treatment provided by Şükrü Mert Yüce in the clinic. The staff made every effort to address my concerns and ensure that I was happy with every aspect of the treatment, even making amendments to the final set once they had been fitted.
The new set of crowns is also covered by a new warranty, which provides me with peace of mind.

Deserves more than 5 stars
I researched many different dentistry clinics in turkey. Even one in Germany and one in India. I felt confident and satisfied with dentaglobal with a feeling of confidence and thoroughness.
I first visited dentaglobal in November 2024 and had some initial work done. Two implants and was very well looked after. Accommodation is modern clean and tidy and very nice. All staff were friendly and polite. Everything was great. Had everything I needed. I have bene here this week and I fly back to England tomorrow. I couldn’t wait for someone else to read my review and hope it gives them confidence to also use dentaglobal. I have now had all my teeth top and bottom with crowns implants with new teeth and a root canal treatment. I am more than happy with my teeth. I had an amazing dentist who looked after me very well. She was very thorough to ensure my teeth were aligned. Straight natural and bite was as should be. I can’t say enough of happy I am with dentaglobal how very well they looked after me. I will always recommend dentaglobal. Another chap I met here was thrilled with his teeth. I had to show my great fullness with a gift of flowers which had to find a place with previous gifts. I have every confidence and faith in dentaglobal and so very happy I chose them. I couldn’t be happier.

2 years after having dental treatment…
2 years after having dental treatment done .. contacted numerous times explaining I’m dissatisfied with the treatment NO RESPONSE still under warranty .. shocking after look crooked and discoloured teeth. Paid a fortune highly recommend not to use dental global in Izmir.

I recently came over from the UK to…
I recently came over from the UK to Dentaglobal & honestly I could not recommend it enough. I had a family member come with me & we we're both warmly welcomed and settled into our apartments after being transfer from the airport basically as soon as we landed and was ready.
Even though we we're both a bit anxious of the procedures we had to come everything was as wanted from the language barrier being basically non existent to the quality of work that was provided by the dentist and team being perfect.
Time was taken to sculpt our smiles to exactly what we wanted & the outcome has brought us both a new sense of confidence we did not have before arriving.
I could not recommend Dentaglobal enough to anyone & if you're thinking about having the treatment done please choose this company as you're in safe, professional hands and have nothing short of perfection.
