I’ve just had my first appointment with M-City Dental 99 and was very impressed with the service. At the initial visit, they took extensive X-rays and photos and carried out a thorough clean. Dr Kim provided excellent advice, and I plan to continue treatment with Dental 99 as finances allow.

The app is also a great feature, offering useful information and guidance.

My only regret is listening to negative reviews online and not trying them sooner.

Poor management and zero respect for patients' time.
"I chose this clinic because their $99 rate was competitive, but | quickly realized you get what you pay for. They took payment a full month in advance, then canceled and rescheduled my appointment for another month out. On the actual day of the rescheduled appointment, they called and told me to come in two hours early (at 2 PM instead of 4 PM). When I couldn't accommodate their last-minute change and asked for a refund, I was told it would take 5-10 days. They held my money for nearly two months without ever actually seeing me. Save yourself the frustration and go to a dentist that values their patients' time." Lesson learnt- cheap rates, cheap service. I am still waiting for my refund.

Fast track 2025...went for checkup,teeth clean.I have Ceramic Veneers .I said be careful...This rude middle eastern man...Chipped two front Veneers,Front incisors..in a rough teeth clean..My Dentist now says Crowns....Removal of Veneers causes too much damage, need Crowns..$2000 each plus...Thanks Dental 99.....I took excellent care if my Veneers no damage no decay...and in a few short minutes $1000 s of Damage...Also while I save and work...Decay can get in...I may need Root Canal as well.Brilliant...Dental 99 you employ Cowboys..You gonna pay for my Crowns? You damaged Ceramic Veneers in cleaning....Guess what,no receptionstaff no one to complainto..BUNCH IDIOTS.

Got some fillings done. Been trying to contact them as am having some issues. I've sent 2 separate emails and also tried to contact them via live chat, no one has replied. The aftercare and service is really disappointing.
