A massive thank you to Dentalays!

From the start of my dental treatment to the end, my experience with Dentalays has been fantastic.

All accommodation& transfers were arranged for me and were perfect for my stay.

Communication was excellent,
Staff have been brilliant, from taxi drivers to reception staff to the dental team.

Really impressed with my results, can’t thank you enough & highly recommend!!

PS. I had 6 on 6 implants

Where do i start, they will most likely delete this review as they do with all bad reviews, they absolutely butchered me !!!! ‼️they didn’t tell me until half way through the process already numbed up, they extracted healthy teeth that need not be extracted and cut so much of my lower jaw bone away it has left me in excruciating pain, they placed my implants wrongly, the over friendly veener was too hide a multitude of faults !!! obviously i had my finals else where, their after care was terrible! no accountability for their wrong doings, they also charged me for a sinus lift that was never performed, was promised a refund then refused to give it, they have ruined my quality of life, I know of 4 others who have come forward with bad work from these people, but their reviews have been taken down!!!!!

We visited the Dentalays clinic,on 3/12/25, in our camper van from England, after both of us having had full implant surgery, in 2022/23, and boy are we glad we chose Dentalays both times we visited in our motorhome, the entire staff are beyond amazing, so attentive and polite, nothing too much trouble, Maya the coordinator effortlessly took care of everything, working closely with Dr fatih, you will not regret choosing Dentalays, we called to see the team on the 3 December this year to say hello to the team, in Antalya, they even gave us lunch. They gave us both a check over to see all was as it should be and all well ,

Am avut o experiență excelentă la Dentalays și pot spune cu toată încrederea că sunt o echipă profesionistă de la început până la final. Personalul este foarte amabil, comunică clar și îți explică tot ce ai nevoie să știi. Mi-am făcut implanturile aici și sunt extrem de mulțumită de rezultat — totul a decurs perfect, fără stres.

Un mare plus este organizarea impecabilă: transportul de la și către hotel a fost asigurat fără nicio problemă, iar comunicarea prin WhatsApp a fost rapidă, constantă și foarte utilă. M-am simțit mereu în siguranță și bine îngrijită.

Recomand cu drag Dentalays tuturor celor care caută seriozitate, profesionalism și rezultate impecabile. Pentru mine, a fost cea mai bună alegere! 🦷✨❤️

An amazing clinic with a great team! I had a wonderful experience achieving a new perfect smile! I am very impressed with the work of the entire team! From the consultation, choosing the best treatment to achieve a perfect smile, to the perfect result! A big thank you to the doctor for the consultation and a special thank you for the long, hard working hours to achieve a perfect result in a short time! I highly recommend it!

We recently completed a Hollywood smile makeover for my mum, and at 70 years old it has truly transformed her life. There is a clear “before” and “after”, and you have made one more person genuinely happy. Thank you.

The journey itself was exceptional. I spent quite some time searching for the right clinic and we were even ready to commit to a completely different place with an all-inclusive package. But then a colleague told me about Dentalays, and her beautifully natural smile said everything I needed to hear. I’m so glad I followed her recommendation.

Maya coordinated everything seamlessly from start to finish. A special thank you for arranging the transfers and organising the schedule so well that we even had time to relax between appointments.

The team completed a very complex treatment plan, including a bite correction, and achieved an incredibly natural result — nothing like the overly bright, identical “one-size-fits-all” look you sometimes see. My sincere thanks to Güzel and Naile for their support, explanations and translations throughout. The dentists were gentle, attentive and highly skilled — Dr Fatih, Dr Ayça and assistant Mizgin, we truly appreciate your work.

My mum still can’t believe this is her own smile. At 70, she is learning to smile confidently again after 50 years of hiding it. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!!!

After lots of research I chose Dentalays and am very glad I did! I had 18 emax veneers. The whole clinic is beautiful and clean, the transfers are quick & reliable and the customer service is amazing. My patient co-ordinator Bianca was very helpful and made an effort to get to know us at the clinic. Every member of staff is polite and helpful and looked after not only me but my parents also to put their minds at ease. The owner was very reassuring and knew exactly what he was doing. It's been 2 months and my teeth are amazing. The shade and the shape is natural but enhanced and im very glad I chose it/this clinic to provide me with this. I would maybe recommend staying over a week as fitting all the treatment in meant having all the final fittings in one day which was a lot so be prepared to be in pain but its all worth it in the end. Thank you to the whole team.

We came here in October my husband had 29 teeth 20 veneers 6 crowns and 3 implants
Could not recommend enough extremely efficient dentist work the best amazing results could not say a bad word about any of the experience clear and precise conversations every was perfect would recommend to anyone

I’m really grateful for how well I was treated during my visit - your team made things smooth without any hassle. One thing’s for sure: that kind of care doesn’t go unnoticed.

Right when I stepped inside, your team welcomed me nicely. What stood out? They stuck around every step, calmly walking me through things while updating me along the way.

I had two gaps up top on the left + one old root job back in the UK that never got a cap, ended up having a broken tooth. That whole thing bugged me - honestly, it just dragged on too long.

Finally decided enough was enough. Was nervous though, going overseas plus might’ve meant they’d push me to get further implants and others treatments. But nope - it turned out way better than expected.

The chat with the dentist felt smooth and clear. Because they listened well, I didn't feel rushed or ignored. While past visits - two at NHS clinics, one private - felt stiff and failed to save my tooth’s by fitting a crown, dentalays talk stood out thanks to its ease and care.

Your visits brought a sense of calm I hadn't found before - each moment felt steady, real. Not rushed or stiff, just honest attention that made a difference.

Хочу сказать слова благодарности коллективу стоматологической клиники Dentalaysturkey.Доверительные отношения к клинике,возникли с первых минут общения с консультантом.Мгновенная обратная связь,были предоставлены несколько вариантов имплантации зубов.Я ,украинка,прибыла из далёкой Ирландии поздно вечером, меня встретили в аэропорту как VIP персону и доставили в Отель.Утром меня встречала команда профессионалов включая главного врача клиники.Восхитила четкая и быстрая организация обслуживания клиентов.Для меня это очень важно.Я прошла только первый этап имплантации.Была выполнена сложная работа.Мне удалили зубы мудрости,нарастили костную ткань,вживили импланты.Я была окружена добродушием,заботой и вниманием.

I really enjoyed my time at DentalAYS. My experience from start to finish was smooth. I have anxiety and get quite nervous and they were so good at keeping me reassured at all times and were patient with me. The customer service, coordinators, the lovely lady who makes the drinks, the dentists, just everyone was really kind I couldn’t fault anyone. My results have been amazing and everyone says how natural they look, I return in a few months for my implants but my healing has been very good and I have experienced no problems, no pain, no infection. I would and have recommended this place to anyone considering a new smile. Thanks :)

I may be biased but I dont think you will find another clinic that even comes close to making natural looking smiles as good as dentalays

My experience with the team was superb start to finish! I went with the team based on the natural looking results I had seen online. They were so professional and super friendly too. I wanted a very natural look which they nailed! I’ll be back for any future treatments and my friend will be booking in soon for his treatment too 🩷

I visited Dentalays Clinic in Turkey, and overall, my experience was amazing! The process was quick and efficient, and they truly gave me the smile I always wanted. The service felt very personal, everything was organised for me, from airport transfers to meeting the dentist. I had 16 Emax veneer in total, with minimal shaving of my teeth, exactly as I wanted. I would definitely recommend Dentalays to anyone considering dental work abroad.

That said, there are a few things I think could be improved. Personally, I feel that 7 days isn’t quite enough time for the full process. I would have preferred to stay an extra day or two. During the first fitting, I was nervous and initially didn’t like how my smile looked, which made me panic a bit about whether everything would be finished on time. Thankfully, it all worked out perfectly in the end!

I also think the clinic could improve how they present smile designs to patients. It would be great if they had better technology to show what your new teeth will look like before any work starts, giving customers more time and confidence to choose their perfect smile.

Another small improvement would be around the consent and payment process. Patients should be given time to properly read and sign consent forms privately, without feeling pressured. Also, having a final billing check before the deposit or remaining balance is released would help. I later found out I had overpaid and needed a refund, which was sorted, but a final review process would prevent that.

The translators were amazing and made me feel really comfortable. The service overall was very professional, though at times there was a bit of personal conversation during treatment which made me slightly self-conscious.

Regarding accommodation, I think the clinic could offer a few different hotel options, as some of the ones provided were questionable. I decided to book my own stay at Lexia Hotel, which was close to the clinic and actually saved me some money highly recommend doing that!

All in all, I’m extremely happy with my results, I got the perfect, natural smile I wanted. My dentist in the UK even complimented the quality of the work and confirmed that the tooth preparation was minimal, which is a big plus.

Dentalays is also very affordable and stands out because they don’t rely heavily on influencer marketing, their results speak for themselves. Huge thanks to my coordinator, who guided me through the whole process and reassured me every step of the way.

I’d rate my experience 4.5 stars, excellent overall, with just a few areas for improvement.

Hi. I’m Giga and I have just completed my dental journey with Dentals Antalya. Being from the UK my decision to have my dental treatment so far from home was not an easy decision to make. After careful consideration I decided to put my trust in Dentalays. In June 2025 my journey began. Every stage of my journey was seamless and professional. I arrived at the clinic and was made to feel so special and valued as a customer by all of the Team. After a series of tests a treatment plan was put together for me. We agreed on the best treatments for me. I had to have a number of extractions and implants fitted. All done with care and professionalism. I then had to fly home with temporary teeth for 4 months to give time for my implants to settle and heal. The 4 months soon passed completely trouble free. I returned to the clinic on 13/10/2025 for the completion of my treatments. Today 18/10/2025 my dental treatments are now all completed. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful full set of new teeth. This has been my dream since childhood. So a massive Thankyou to all the team at Dentalays for making my dream come true. Five star all the way.
