I placed 2 order on different days buying products that was supposed to be on stock. The website accepted and confirmed my order. Later, I received an e-mail stating that the product was out of stock. It happened twice on differerent products and different days. It really look very unprofessional and speaks poorly about your company reliability. Please keep your page updated and do not play with customers that we get tired of it and can go and shop somewhere else.

Ordered item got canceled for not being in stock. Keep your stock up to date based on ordered items.

First you got my address wrong. Now I see you charged me for a conversion fee of $1.62. 1 star.

Still haven’t received word on my package if it’s being shipped or not have no clue what’s going on. Reached out. Haven’t received a message back really frustrated. May have to cancel order and request refund.

The clarity of the image is far better than I expected - excellent. Setting up the app did not conform to the instructions - this needs improvement.

I placed an order on 12/28/25, my account was charged but I have not received anything yet. I can’t even track my purchase because nothing has shipped. I attempted to contact the company today via the “contact us” on the order confirmation page but it wanted me to setup an outlook account in order to contact them. I finally found an email address so I’m hopeful I’ll hear back.

They sold me a product that requires an app download from the Google app Store. The App Store said I couldn't download because it was for an older version of Android. My phone is two years old, but the software is still that outdated. I contacted support and asked to return it. Instead, the company emailed me a zip file and told me to install their untrusted, unmaintained software attachment on my phone. That's a big no. I asked multiple times to return it and they still haven't sent me a return label. They said the updated software would be on the App Store by the end of the week, and that's the last I heard. The week is over and it seems like I'm stuck with an unsupported product with outdated, potentially dangerous software.

Product works as intended. I have only used it for a couple weeks.

Product arrived way ahead of scheduled time. Definitely a welcomed surprise since it was a birthday gift. My wife was very happy with her present and excited to dig into all of the features.
