I found this product by accident and love it. My facialist asked me what I switched to--seriously--I am not an influencer, or anything.
I am 67 and my wrinkles are here to stay, but I still don't like it. I picked up their E anti-wrinkle oil and it was so smooth and made my skin look and feel rehydrated.
I'm not the type for a face lift, but this combined with drinking lots of water may do nearly as much.
I just went back to ULTA to buy more and I decided to try their night cream this time too.
I'll let you know what I think.
From the other reviews it sounds like the customer service is not good if you order from China, but you can just go into any ULTA and pick it up.
It's under $30.00 ($24.00-I think) and works! I live in the Colorado mountains--8400'--so my skin really knows what helps.

Insanely long shipping time since it's coming from China not Colorado like their business address says. Customer service is awful. Said my package was in my town then returned to sender because of a wrong address? Can't get any help can I just get a refund please??

DermaE is the first product that has changed my skin so drastically, and for a fraction of the cost of comparable products! All their products have been wonderful.

I have been using Derma E products for over a year. I really do like their products. However their Customer Service is AWFUL!!! This is why I am compelled to write this review. You wait on the phone to speak to an agent who never gets on. Instead you get directed to leave a message which no one responds to. You send emails and they don't respond to them either. I understand that I am not the only customer trying to contact them but I would think that after a couple of days someone would respond!

Great products, but DermaE is not competent in logistic.

I ordered from Amazon for years without problems. I don't know why I had the stupid idea of ordering from them directly.

A few minutes ago, my second DermaE delivery arrived, and it's the second time something is missing.

They sell a joke of a "glow set', which is basically 2 samples and some junk.

The junk they delivered, but one out of only two samples is missing. Naturally, the sample of the cream I wanted to try.

This company made me pay $15 for a sample.If you don't care about sending orders correctly, why do you even bother to make good products?
