Amazing service at Dermologica Kingston!
I went to Dermalogica in Kingston and had the most amazing consultation with Riya. She was so passionate and knowledgeable that I signed up for a facial the same day! It was fantastic and I really appreciated the advice I was given as to my specific skincare concerns. It far exceeded other facials I have had in the past, so I will be returning there for microneedling.

I have received a faulty product (the pump does not work), and it takes 5 days for you to consider/approve a request for the replacement. In the meantime, you have my money and I have no product. I am very disappointed. Also no reply to my emails and a dumb-bot on your chat, expected better from you.

I always get excited when I place an order!
I always get excited when I place an order. Its such a great way to self care and you end up with great skin. Win, win! The delivery is fast and the packaging is fully recyclable.
When I've needed it, the customer service team have been fast to respond, polite and resolve any issues quickly (not that there have been many occasions!) Highly recommended!

I have contacted Dermalogica on 3 occasions for a replacement as my product is faulty and no one has came back to me. I won’t be buying anything in the future as their customer service is deplorable.

Long term advocate
Been using Dermalogica products for years. They offer such a wide range to suit all skin types.
Although some of the products are fairly pricy they do last so in the long run they’re value for money.
The staff are very helpful on advising what products to use and my skin has been better and brighter as a result.
