Transaction is very smooth and fast. I like that they include framing as part of their offerings. Maybe add a little bit of trivia write up on the stars map to make it more meaningful to the recipient.

Confirmation and delivery were quick. I suggest you use firm packaging. Maybe put a board behind the map for support (like in linen packaging) or use firm envelope so it doesn’t get wrinkled in transit.

The delivery was fairly fast for something custom. Took exactly 7 days from date of order confirmation to delivery. The piece itself was lovely. The print looks to be of high quality, as well as the frame that it went with. It’s really something you’d like displayed, and it would be a very nice gift as well. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but you really get what you pay for!

Worth it.
Hi! The quality of the map is great. Worth the price. However, encountered issue in the delivery as the courier initially sent the package to the wrong address (despite correct info in my order details). Good thing the courier was still able to deliver the package to my address.
