We're sorry to hear you're unhappy, but we believe it's important to clarify the situation. Our team completed all the work agreed upon and went above and beyond to accommodate numerous additional requests that were beyond the original project scope. At no point did we threaten the client or withhold access — full admin control was always with the client.
Despite delivering everything as promised, the client continued to express dissatisfaction. To resolve matters amicably, we issued a refund. We're committed to professionalism, transparency, and customer satisfaction, but we also believe in setting clear boundaries when expectations go far beyond agreed terms.
