I have been ordering furniture from Designer Room for a while now , at first it was because of their stylish modern designs but recently I had an issue with the Dining Set I bought over 8 months ago . Once reported I cannot thank Josh and the rest of the customer support team for their help . with just a few emails there was Minimal fuss , no protracted questioning and they resolve my issues . Thank you Customer support team , not only is your furniture modern and stylish but I felt supported with your help , well done and that is why I keep coming back to you , thank you .

Lack of proper information and communication with the store and warehouse
A 4 month delivery then it was to be December for table and chairs and now too busy to deliver them as promised this month for December (there is one piece missing a bench but we were happy to take it till the bench came ) but no
Now it’s January ! No communication at all,until I tried to find out what was happening when no one called us . You can’t cancel order either ..
Definately won’t shop again here they don’t fulfill their promises and the store blames the warehouse and the warehouse blames the store 🙈

Visited new Outlet at Robroyston Sunday 9th February. Lots of great deals & choice.
We were looking for 4 dining chairs. The lovely Christine assisted & was cheery & bright . No hard sale just time to browse. Great store -worth another visit

The time between order and delivery was quite long. However, Gary and Beardy Keith delivered and built up our table on time and with care.

We’ve just had a new corner suite delivered from designer rooms by Gary and Barry . The whole service has been excellent from ordering to delivery . Gary and Barry were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . They were very careful and they took all the packaging away . Can’t rate them high enough 5 Stars is well deserved

Went to the designer room yesterday just a little nosey and came away with a beautiful fire table I’ve wanted for so long. Probably down to the great service I received from Lindsay Brown the sales assistant. From first contact to the sale going through she was very knowledgeable and really nice to chat too. Will definitely be shopping again soon.
