Dirty trainers

Bought Lv trainers from him asked if any marks on uppers was told “no mate they’re spot on” asked condition out of 10, “solid 8.5 mate other than fading which I’ve said”
Trainers arrived and they were very dirty around the tongue and collar foam. Immediately contacted him to say these are filthy mate. “Well I’d assumed whoever bought them would have them professionally cleaned” I mean I specifically asked the condition and would not have purchased if he’d said they needed a professional clean. His post stated 7 day returns so I asked to return as I wasn’t happy with the condition, spend several days being ignored and arguing with him and had to get the admins involved from the facebook group he’d sold them on before he give a returns address and cost me £35 in postage to not buy dirty trainers. Overall very poor experience and his attitude was shocking as soon as I wanted a refund.

We are sorry that you feel your experience with us was bad. Firstly we would like to say that it is clearly stated on our website that all sales are final. The particular group you purchased these trainers from makes returns mandatory for 7 days if the item is not as described. You were sent 20 pictures of the trainers from every angle possible in good lighting. The trainers were returned and you were refunded once they were confirmed as received in the condition they were sent in. We would like to add we did in fact lower the price on these trainers for you as well. The trainers were since sold to another customer and there has been no complaints. We hope to see you shop with us again and hopefully your experience is better next time

Impeccable experience

Impeccable experience, class from start to finish. Notified me of tracking straight away, order came the next day in very professional packaging & the product did not disappoint. Couldn’t recommend more. Max is a top guy

Great products, prices & communication

Bought a pair of trainers from Designer Direct and have no complaints - really happy with my purchase, great prices and great communication!

Will definitely be buying again 👍🏼

10/10 fair pricing got my large Gucci…

10/10 fair pricing got my large Gucci messanger only £330 best price I’ve ever seen arrived was legit and was confused for this amazing price even got it legit checked and would recommend highly bag didn’t even have a scratch or a mark
