Well.. my dress just turned up and it's going straight to charity.
What a compliment waste of money.
I learnt my lesson the hard way

Avoid at all costs the quality of the bags are awful I returned one and am waiting for a refund credit note now all the emails are bouncing back £160 down the drain!!

I ordered some sandals off them on the 7th of June and still waiting on my order I have emailed them multiple of times even tried messaging them on instagram and have no reply so now down £155 I do not advice anyone to buy from them.

Scammers!! Despite all the “influencers” promoting their page!!
Placed an order which was not pre order, they agreed to refund me, yet no refund ever received.
Absolutely disgusting ‘customer service’ now not replying to emails like other customer reviews

This company refused both a refund or replacement for a bracelet I purchased and has now broken.

Scammers!!!!
Do no order from they website!! They will take your money and you will never receive your goods!!
They are not even replying to the emails and there is no other way to get in contact with them!!

It's a scam they took my daughters mo new but never sent the goods looks like she has lost a lot of money and won't get what she ordered

Horrendous service from a very unhelpful , unprofessional group of traders.
Item never arrived, incorrect tracking numbers and excuses that Royal Mail lost the parcels when they hadn't even been sent!!

Placed a order on November 14th 2022 and have still not received or heard anything IT IS NOW 16TH JANUARY. I have not yet had a response and they have closed there Instagram down. Do not buy

Haven’t heard back from Customer support which is frustrating plus my order hasn’t been delivered with no delivery confirmation

I have paid for a ring emailed twice as to where my delivery is I've complained and no response and still no ring ...... I wouldn't mind but this is second ring I've ordered as the first broke ???is it poor quality I can't say as I've paid for something I've not received

Absolute bunch of thieves. Never be tempted to use this company. I ordered 2 items - £70 I’ll never see again. Now the group on Facebook is closed, don’t see why FB can’t be held responsible for giving them the opportunity to con people?

Still waiting for my order almost 4 weeks late. Sent numerous emails with no response. Really annoyed and would like a response and either my order or a full refund 😒

No goods received, no refund, no replies to my numerous emails enquiring about the items. Do not like giving bad reviews and didn’t want to but felt I had to!

Really pleased with the items I had purchased! Whenever there was an update I was contacted, which I am happy with. Will order again
