The cost of the work keeps on increasing and the quality of it is going downhill tremendously along with the time that it takes to receive a design.

The customer service at DP is excellent. Their team is attentive, responsive, and always willing to help. They’re also highly proficient in animation, which was a huge asset for us. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that we would have loved to see a slightly stronger caliber of design talent. That said, true to their name, if you’re ever in a design pickle, they’re a great choice.

The designs are modern, delivered overnight and you can make rounds of edits until you have what you want. Love DP!

I had a very disappointing experience with Design Pickle. The overall quality of the work is extremely low, especially considering the price point. Most of the designs delivered felt rushed, generic, and often unusable for any real marketing or professional application.

The workflow is also terrible. You frequently wait hours—or even days—just for someone to acknowledge or look at a job. On top of that, you’re expected to provide about 75% of the creative direction, assets, and layout yourself, only to receive a turnaround that still misses the mark and feels like low-effort “junk” media.

What made the experience worse were the grimy sales and retention tactics. When trying to leave, there were clear attempts to pressure or corner you into staying, rather than addressing the core issues with quality and service. That alone was a big red flag.

At the end of the day, this service feels like something worth maybe $100 a month at best—and even then, only if expectations are extremely low. I would not recommend Design Pickle to anyone looking for reliable, professional design work. There are far better alternatives out there for the same money, or less.

We have had a great experience with Design Pickle. Our designer is very easy to work with, understands our requests, and is responsive. He does a great job.

Timely turnaround on high-quality designs and excellent communication from designers

hit or miss. the people are often not trained in design. maybe self taught so time is wasted with basic principles of placement.

also really wild interpretations of instructions that is like someone just guessing. i have an offshore team but DP doesn’t necessarily choose people that understand well.

What I have been able to build with Design Pickle is breath taking! I have used them for years and for multiple businesses and brands. I work with them very actively on a daily basis. I have also used other similar platforms, but they lacked the efficiency, quality and responsiveness. DP is a leader in their industry and my designers are FANTASTIC!

Design Pickle has quality designers that are ready to handle the requests. The business model just works and they are quick. The better you define your goals and ideas - they will only work faster, and creatively to get the job done. If you're a business that needs design, but not a full-time designer, this is an absolute no brainer. I'm confident we will be back one day.

Design Pickle makes my life so much easier. With no design team in house, I know I can still get quality designs created quickly and always have beautiful promotional materials ready to go.

My experience has been pretty disappointing. The designs I received lacked creativity and often felt like generic templates rather than thoughtful, original work. I found myself spending more time explaining revisions than it would’ve taken to just create something on Canva myself. For a service that promises to make design easier, it ended up adding more steps and frustration to my workflow.

Extremely Disappointed! I signed up for design pickle on a plan that supposedly provides 8 hours of daily design support. Over time I noticed productivity dropped so I tried to check the hours worked on my account. I was actually surprised that there was no client facing time tracking or hourly breakdown at all.When I called in to ask my rep told me the hours were "proprietary" and viewing them couldnt be shared. Despit their pricing being based on hours this raised a red flag.

later she scheduled another call just to "show" me the hours worked and all she did was share a google doc she wrote up manually. noy system tracking no transparency. completely unprofessional and borderline fraudulent.

to make things worse when I first signed in December, I was transitioning from another agency where I had been working. I was taking the same clients with me, which was a greed upon. But design Pickle refused to start my new account until I paid off a $13,000 balance that the previous agency owed them. I wasn't even the account holder yet I had to pay their balance to contunie using the same service with the same clients because "it would look fraudulent in their system" using the same customers that were on another account with a owed balance. I was just starting my bsuiness and had no chouce but to pay to avoid disruption.

after all that they still made me pay my own first month's fee short after. I tried to escalate this and explain the situation to management and c-level execs but nobody cared. Eventually I cancelled and honestly I dont regret it!

If you are looking for a professional, transparent service, this is not it.

We were sold a product that hasn’t lived up to expectations. There seems to be a clear disconnect between what the sales team promised and what the product actually delivers. While the design team and design services have been solid, the core issue lies in the product’s capabilities not aligning with what we were told during the sales process.

To make things worse, the price went up just a month after we signed up — so we're now paying more than expected for a tool that doesn’t perform as efficiently as advertised. Hoping we can update this soon.

As a Social Media Specialist managing multiple channels including C-Suite accounts for my organization's company channels, DesignPickle has made it possible to 10X my output and quality of work! They consistently execute on my vision perfectly and always complete the work within 1-2 business days depending on the size/difficulty of the request. Most issues, if any, are more my shortcoming than theirs (not selecting the right file type, post-request updates, shifting priorities, etc)
