Incompetent is an understatement!!
I sent them a simple design that I had already created using chat gpt. I asked if they could simply make it into a PDF format so I could use it. They said no problems
They promised a 24-48 hour turn around and a 100% money back guarantee if I wasn’t happy.
They then tried to onsell web design which I said to hold off on. They for some reason came back 2 days later with a whole bunch of other designs that were nothing like I asked for. I said all I wanted was my original design. They then came back another 2 days later with a heap of other designs. Again I asked for what I originally asked for. Another day later done the same thing. I asked for a return of my money and they said that I could not have one. They asked for another chance, confirmed everything that I wanted which is what I asked for in the first conversation that we ever had, I said yes and they still came back with an incorrect design.Finally got my design after 6 days of thinking I was getting scammed.
Looked at their google reviews and a lot of stories were the same as mine.

Be warned. This business will not provide you with a full website but just a shell, a template with some stock images and a 5-minute video with no sound. I complained and they added sound but it's a 5-minute video to teach you how to basically do everything. Over the 2 months of dealing with them, they kept asking for more money. I threatened to complain to the ACCC, and they literally threatened to ruin my business, and have lodged false reviews, slandering my products and person.

I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, and offered creative input that elevated the final result beyond what I had imagined.

Awful business, awful people. Have filed complaints with auDA and ACCC. They provide a shell of a website, a 5 minute instructional video and continuously come up with new expenses. Now they are resorting to threats and blackmail and withholding our domain name and saying they’re going to lodge negative reviews (for a business that is brand new and they haven’t used). AVOID!!!

Very happy I was very picky and they kept making changes until I was happy. Absolutely nailed the finished product.
So much so I got them to do more work for me.

I have hired Design X Studio to develop my company website. The package included logo design, development and hosting with support. Travis has done an excellent job in designing my logo and giving several options until the final version. The website has great visual and professional appeal, and fixed all the identified issues during testing phases. Travis also accommodated my changes post Golive. I would highly recommend their services for any professional and business website development.

I had these guys create a logo for me and it has been the best experience, better than Fiverr. I've used Fiverr for many years to get freelancers to create a logo for me and it has been a hit a miss with them. With this team at Design X Studio, creating a family logo with them was easy, the edits were spot on, they were quick with their edits and their communication was the best!

I highly recommend using Design X Studio for your next project, whether it be a logo or a whole fit for your business. I will definitely be using DXS for my next projects.

Just a follow up on last review. I have been trying to contact them for my receipt but they still will not provide it. Make sure you get the receipt and check what services you have paid for. Do not beleive any of the positive reviews are not real.

After reading your reply, you seam to think its about receiving the logos? Its about you not providing a receipt, that I have now requested over 8 times. Why won't you provide my receipt for what I have paid for? The logo's were not what I asked for, you did not do what I asked, and won't provide a receipt, why? These are not false allegations, they are facts! If I had the receipt, it would be a false allegation, but I don't, so can you please send me a receipt to my email?

Honestly these guys made it’s soo easy for me especially, someone just starting out can’t thank the team enough for their guidance and help but also the product super happy with it 10/10 👌🏻

Unfortunately this company has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Designing my web page has been a total disaster. They are very slow, communication is very poor and takes ages to get anything done. This is NOT a Brisbane based company as they claim to be. Most likely using people off shore. If you don't want the headache don't use this company. Before they took my money they promised everything and once I paid them all promises went out the window. It has been probably 5 months that I am trying to get my website up and running and still nothing.. very poor communication and lack of experience. They are using people that can't understand english thats why you have to repeat everything several times..

Asked for a refund due to unforeseen circumstances and Ive been left on read and completely ignored!

Mind you the services was terrible anyway and I was promised all week that the mock up will be done within 24-48hrs and I had to keep asking where it was. Got it Friday night - 7 days later.

My bank also blocked me from my account after deposit was made and bank said the company name was similar or same as another who had been scamming people.

Id assume what the bank said is true as it took 7 days to give a mock up that wasn’t anywhere near to what i was told and spelling was horrible, I kept getting called a different name as well and the delayed mock up and broken promises.

3 months in the making, constant issues.

Design X Studies is not a registered business name! Here in QLD if your trading under another name the business name has to be registered with asic!

Umair and Syed are the owners of HT traders PTY LTD, Them and their team are scammers! Do not and I repeat do not use them. Take your money elsewhere and do your research.

I have put in reports to Queensland Police, ASIC and Ombudsman.

$300 stolen - the other reviews that are positive will be from their friends!

Oh here we go, You say i paint myself as the victim however I have all the proof, you can use your IT skills to try change what was said etc, however SCREENSHOTS and SCREEN RECORDINGS, do not lie.

You did NOT do what i asked more than 5 times. I also did not use fake excuses, my life doesnt revolve around your company when use want something, I have a baby to look after and we have been unwell 3 times. (also have doctors to prove this) I also never black mailed or threatened reviews, you both threatened me with defamation and false allegation when you both clearly do NOT know what defamation is etc.

Countless occasions i said i wasn't happy, no thats not what i have asked for, no i don't like that, no thats still not right, I was also on numerous occasions called the incorrect name, “travis”also called me pretending to be from another company then when question claims he didn't know it was me and from a new enquiry yet i had not made any enquiries etc . Do i need to continue???
