Order received on 14/11/23 after 2.00 pm. We need one business day to dispatch therefore it was dispatched on 15th. Parcel was delivered on 16/11/23 at his address.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff on telephone enquiries. Received products on time and very happy with the quality of them!
It is also helpful that they have a clear website, and a decent return policy (which many shops in Southall do not have!).

Just Wow
Just Wow! We was so amazed by the beautiful selection of garments Desisarees have to offer. We needed some women’s and men’s traditional Indian suits for a family function. The service was impeccable! Mr Ankush Puri really helped us source the right clothing for the whole family. We found him to be extremely helpful and professional. We really liked your clothing range and be sure we’ll be back again very soon.

I ordered a wrong product and later called PG fashion for change of product,their customer rep was so calm all through the process till we came to a final conclusion.
They also keep to their words cos I got my package the exact day as promise.
