Exceptional Build Quality and Post-Purchase Support – Worth Every Cent

I upgraded to a DeskUp three-leg corner desk frame back in October 2025, and after more than six months of daily use, I can confidently say this operates as a solid desk.

If you are on the fence about spending a bit more on a DeskUp frame versus a lower-priced alternative, the difference is night and day. Budget desks often cut corners on steel thickness, motor quality, and cross-bracing, which leads to annoying wobbles when extended to standing height. The DeskUp frame, however, is incredibly solid and dense. Even in a three-leg L-shape configuration supporting a heavy custom timber desktop that I sourced to fit my specific workspace, there is zero noticeable sway or flex. It is an absolute tank of a frame.

Alongside the frame, I also ordered their under-desk CPU mount, which integrates perfectly and keeps my tower securely off the floor and moving cleanly with the desk.

What really cements DeskUp as a premium vendor, though, is their customer service. I recently reached out to them for some technical guidance on further customising my setup. Even though it was long after my initial purchase, their support team was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely helpful in answering my questions. They didn't just give me generic brush-off answers, they actually took the time to help me figure out my unique layout.

Whenever anyone asks me for a standing desk recommendation, this is the exact vendor I will be pointing them to. High-quality engineering backed by actual human support is rare these days, and DeskUp nails both. <3

I purchased a monitor stand from Deskup and it’s a simple but really useful upgrade. It lifted my screen to a much better height and helped clean up the mess on my desk. Nice finish, sturdy, and doesn’t look cheap. Delivery was also fast.

I just moved into my new house and I figured it was the perfect time to upgrade my setup. I opted to go with the Fixed Height 1800mm Satin Black Desk. Desk looks great, holds my quad monitor setup well. I went black legs aswell, the pre-drilled holes makes it so much quicker to assemble. Delivery was quick as it was in stock ready to go and shipped out the next day.

The mats do not hold there spot on my carpet and move around during the times I am in and out of my chair , but the advert notes this issue, on the plus side, they are rubber ( I think) backed and the fabric on the top section has enough firmness for easy chair movement

Floor mat as described was eventually delivered. Perhaps you could be more obvious in advising that a minimum number of orders had to be reached before the product could be dispatched.
However, you did respond promptly when I sent you queries and updated the expected date of delivery.

I bought a wireless phone charger and a monitor riser and there were no instructions. Luckily the riser was straight forward if you have installed side anchor screws before. There are ugly bolts in view (no caps provided to cover big ugly side anchor screws. Horrible laminate join. The wireless charger.... I have no clue and it looks like I may need to drill into my desk which won't be happening. How hard is it to send a video link or include instructions

So helpful when my package arrived and it was broken, sent me a replacement straight away.
