BUYER BEWARE /DO NOT PURCHASE
I Ordered their product and, after deciding not to use it, I canceled the subscription before any further shipments. I have the email confirmations proving my cancellation.
Despite canceling, DETOX’D sent a shipment two days later and billed me for it. This was done without my consent and against my explicit cancellation request.
I reached out immediately for a refund and to stop any further charges. DETOX’D did not reply to my first contact.
I sent another email with screenshots of my prior cancellation conversation to prove I had canceled and to show their mistake. Again, no response.
They charged me again despite my repeated requests to stop, and there was still no communication about returns or refunds.
I have attempted to resolve this multiple times through email, but DETOX’D has ignored me. This feels like theft andbrazen disregard for customers.

Although the company advertises a risk-free trial with no questions asked, this has not been my experience. I did not receive the promised results and contacted customer support within a week to request a return.
Instead of providing a return address, I received multiple emails offering partial refunds (first 20%, then 40%) while allowing me to keep the product, despite clearly stating that I wanted to return it. I have repeatedly offered to send the product back but have not been given return instructions.
The “risk-free” policy advertised on the website is misleading and not honored in practice. Additionally, the product arrived without instructions and is of noticeably poor quality.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company

Extremely disappointed with this company's customer service ! ..
Back in September I ordered the 3 pack of this product. When I went to pick it up from the post office is was wrapped in a plastic bag and the contents were everywhere! I asked for a full refund but for some reason they gave me a partial refund which I havent even seen happen on my credit card but they claim it was sent. Ive been fighting with them for a week about this. They refuse to give me the full amount. So much for money back guaranteed. So I lose out on 100 bucks ? Great ..
So I reached out asking if they could just forget the refund and send me the product. There is no way I'm going to lose out on that money. Its ridiculous.
They claim the refund was processed and now no response . I am so mad !
WORST COMPANY EVER !!! Just stealing peoples money during a pandemic.

The product is fantastic. It's just a gamble if it makes it to the UK. Its literally sat in America since 17th June with no real update other than wishy washy answers saying the tracking may not have updated but nothing definitive. I just have no confidence it will deliver but I am confident my money has been taken

I love their product!. I can actually feel the changes in my body. Being a young adult we often eat whatever we like. We sometimes don't care about the food content long as it will satisfy our cravings. So when I discovered their product I started using it, and it helps me a lot, it cleanses my body so I am comfortable now in eating but of course with moderation. My websote and customer service experience are excellent as well.

I love this product 👍 . I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay regular and feeling healthy everyday.

I literally can’t go a day without my detox! Mixing with coconut water is amazing!!
Shipping and customs to Canada sucks though!

Been using for about a month. Will continue to keep using. I am actually impressed that it does everything it claims it can do! Even the taste! So good I look forward to having shake every morning to start the day! Great energy and finally Regular in the #2 department!

I personally find it unacceptable that it would take 30 days (And counting!) to receive a product in this modern age from US to Europe!
The last update on the tracking dates back to 2 weeks ago where it’s still in LA.

Am very happy with my Detox organics I started on Monday and I already feel it working I have more energy I sleep better and I feel it is working its cleaning toxins from inside my body I don't feel as bloated as I used to and I am not as hungry I have my shake in the morning with some almond milk and a little bit of honey and its delicious at first I was going to the bathroom a lot and my stool looked different than usual but I felt it working and yes I would recommend this product to my friends

Been using Detox Organics for over two years and I love it! It tastes amazing and mixes great with my cold brew coffee. Reduces bloating and keeps me regular.
