Devo Grocery Delivery Opiniões 102

I have just Devo for the very first time and would recommend them highly to anyone who was looking for items to be delivered from local small suppliers.
It was easy to set up my account and was kept fully informed at each stage of the journey by the delivery.
I had ordered a couple of beers which were kept really cold and the courier was very helpful and provided good customer service. I would definitely use them again, as I did not want to go out as I have been ill and didn't want to spread my germs around to others.

Great service, polite and quick delivery. Will definitely shop there again!!

My products were replaced by other without my permission. Half of the stuff wasn't available.

Helpful staff, delivery came promptly. Delivery driver was very kind, called me when items were not in stock and greeted me very friendly. Would recommend :)

It was Kool to find a Grocery App that delivered to East London.
After a false start of the shop not having what was advertised, Customer Services called and a refund was arranged and I reordered.
The Tracking System was also a bit hard to follow as the time kept increasing and decreasing all at once.
But, despite the hiccups I would definitely use them again as there was quite a wide choice of products to choose from and they do have a vast delivery area.

They had everything I needed when I started my quarantine!

I used Devo twice and both times the rider was late, the first time of twenty minutes approx. and the second time forty minutes. The second time, furthermore, I was given an expired product.

I’ve made several orders and I enjoy the personal touch with the local shop. Lots of options, amazing customer service and a great app.

Was great to start but as time is going on the substitutes become more and more regular when they are charging a1.99-.3.99 delivery them a 99 p service charge i Dont expect to still be waiting over 30 mins after i ordered.. (Again) Their competition is fierce if devo Dont do better they will loose a fair amount of customers

Always friendly- I pretty much only order from 1 shop & they often have to substitute products, but phone before sending. Happy days. 😊

Always quick delivery only ever had one issue and someone contacted me immediately and resolved.
