I ordered an item on nov 6 2025 and it is now Jan 15 2026. When I contacted customer support the first time they were quick to respond and said they would send another. Second shipment never arrived either. Check the tracking and it just stops at a random facility in the US. I asked for a refund and I was told no and now I’m getting no response.

Very expensive order placed 2 months ago never received, which I can prove as tracking info has my order sitting in a facility just 8 hours away from me for the last month without moving. I asked for a refund, and was told NO. Instead the "shipped" a second order ten mins (literally ten mins) after I asked for a refund. Then told me that second order had already left the warehouse. Ten mins after I asked for a refund. I wish I could add screenshots of the communications with them, as it's now very clear this company is fake.

Shipment 1 left from Switzerland. Shipment 2 left from China (somehow literally within ten mins after I contacted them asking for a refund..)

Yep, I have been scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered item on October 5, 2025 and it is now November 19, 2025 and still have not received the item. Tracking information is not updating. Can not login to website to request a refund.

Doubt if I would receive it anyway.

Think the website and products are a SCAM just to get your money!!

Bought pair of clippers for $8.99 - and was charged $24! I still have not received the clippers.

Don’t buy from this website! I got the wireless magnetic charger from them for $49 and the quality is very poor! not fast charger at all..it can only charge upto 25% of my iphone and the magnet does not hold much. There is even a clicking sound from the inside when you shake it. The package took long to deliver and it came from China!

I raised a complaint to return for a full refund but they declined it. Instead offered me to settle for a reimbursement from $6 and kept on offering until $16 while still declining a return for a full refund. They are not following their own return policy.

Fake site, do not buy. Usually pops up on Instagram with deal. Purchased an items and it never arrived, they provided a tracking number that turned out to be fake as well.

Received the 3 rolls of "Carbon Fiber" that was NOT even Close to what the ad on FB said it was! Tried to contact them using their so called contact address: it is NOT a email address therefore have no way of contacting them - I used PayPal and filed a claim with them - ALWAYS USE PAYPAL!

Soft and substantial but so lightweight when it's on. Very versatile!
