Awesome service! Very easy to use and they have great freelancers working there.

Working at devroom as a freelancer is horrible, payments are almost always SUPER later, Mattia will happily take 15% of all commissions + an additional 10% fee from the client and still won't care enough to at least respond to the freelancers pinging him.,. (keep in mind that's $250 from every 1k, that means client will have to pay $1100 just for freelancer to get $850 and rest goes to mattia which is absurd)
Also the people who are hired to handle freelancer applications are horrible and don't have anyone overviewing them, the people with 'manager' role in the server do literally nothing.

Great and reliable developers, they brought my ideas to life and perfected it. 10/10

Nothing to say, delivery on time

I recently ordered from two different freelancers and plan on ordering again. Build Room was exactly what I was looking for. Having so many freelancers in one spot is such a good idea, and having a third party keep things in check makes the purchases from the freelancers more secure. There support staff are extremely helpful and encourage you to ping support.
I ordered a set of bedwars maps from one freelancer and skyblock islands from another and I have to say I love the negotiation process. You can negotiate with the freelancer a fair price and let them know exactly what you need which I love.

I found this service to order a building, it was a large pixel art in Minecraft, a photo of a portrait of people dear to me. Everything was done perfectly and my expectations were completely met. I recommend this service. People do their work efficiently, and there were no problems with payment either😊

I've had a few tickets with Buildroom. My first one went perfectly fine though was late by a few days. The freelancer offered me a free build to compensate me for being late. This was really nice of him to offer.

Around a month or so went by and I wanted to claim it & he was up for it. Proceeded to ignore my ticket for 80 odd days and had nothing to show for the build. The team at BuildRoom were quite rude and weren't helpful at all as it is "outside of their TOS" despite it all happening on their platform. Apparently this freelancer has also been ignoring other commissions, A big thank you to Bula from BuildRoom for being so chill about it and putting effort in to try & sort it out.

That ticket still has not been completed but I wanted a build for an upcoming project so I gave them another chance with a different freelancer. I got my quote, accepted it and it was supposed to be done in 2 days. 6 days later the freelancer turned round and said "I won't be available to do it"

Such a waste of time, I don't like to leave negative reviews but after my other ticket and now this one, need to get their act in gear.

the business itself and it staff is top tier, however i speak from experience when i say make sure you thoroughly inspect all delivered schematics or builds, and check out the builders portfolio beforehand. also, would be nice to have a simplified version of the TOS, so that people dont have to read 17 pages.

As always a flawless process, never had a bad experience yet!
