DON'T GET SCAMMED! Terrible quality product that you will never get a refund for after you go through the great expense and hassle of returning. Cotton/linen is nothing more than a very flimsy polyester.

THE SITE IS A SCAM!! I ordered a hooded cloak on 9/1/25; it is now 10/14/25, no cloak. Getting a hold of customer service is impossible. You can only email. When you do get a response, you are told a million excuses as to why it hasn't shipped. I have asked for a refund, and the customer service person told me they will give a 5% refund, then ship the item. At this point, I want my money back, and I am going to have to go through my bank to get the refund.

The sweatshirt I ordered was *nothing* like what arrived. "Cotton," "sustainably made," "free returns"are all lies. Their return policy is atrocious and the shiry is a printed nylon. Absolutely terrible.

I would actually give this company 0 stars. They are a rip off!!!! I ordered a shirt and they sent me one that wasn’t even the pictured one. I asked for my money back and they’d only give me 40%. Plus I was charged for shipping and their site says free shipping. Plus it says free returns. Which is a lie. Please don’t buy from them. They’re very dishonest. They should be taken off the internet. And they’re also from China which you can see why they’re so dishonest.

HORRIBLE product. 100% dishonest representation. I regret not reading reviews. The dress I ordered was not even remotely the same style, cut or fabric as shown and described. It even had a completely different neckline than the dress shown on the site! The print on the fabric was vaguely accurate... Wish I could attach pictures. DO NOT BUY. SCAM.

Site affichant de magnifiques chemises brodées. Le vendeur en Chine. Le produit vendu est en réalité une mauvaise impression sur tissu. Suite à ma plainte le vendeur m'a proposé 15% de remboursement, puis 25% après l'avoir menacé de publier un visuel. DEXEAN : n'achetez pas !

I am so glad I looked on this site first before purchasing from Dexean! I was suspicious because a small size dress cost the same as a 5x dress. I hope they get shut down.

Ordered 4 dresses which was described as cotton and linen .,received synthetic with labels cut by the company .It is a fraud company just be careful no return policy it says free return then charges belong to you but how to return is not decsribed at all.

Please read all reviews before being conned by this company.
Their clothing is not as in the photos or description. I ordered a BOHO style linen embroidered blouse and received a cheap and nasty nylon T-Shirt with a printed on flower design!
They then just offered me 15% discount to keep the item.
As a previous review contributor has also written I then went through PayPal to get my money refunded rather than risk them lying to me again and losing my return and also the obvious cost incurred..and it was sorted immediately. Thank goodness I used PayPal and would recommend you doing the same if you should be tempted to make a purchase.
My advice though would be..Do not risk buying from this website.

Absolut nicht der Beschreibung und dem Bild entsprechend. Billigster China Müll, für den man noch Geld erhalten muss, damit man die Entsorgungskosten erbringen kann. Gewollte und Bewußtsein Täuschung. BETRUG!!!!!!!!

The products do not correspond at all to the pictures and product information is misleading: no linen, just acrylic. To return the items is close to impossible: no clear or misleading instructions, and I’m still waiting for a thorough reply after one week. A complete nightmare.

This company is that bad. I didn’t even want to give it one star. The Halloween robe which I purchased for around 55 pounds was nothing like what they sent me complete and utter rubbish.
When I sent them pictures of what was advertised on the website and what they actually sent the response is “you need to request a returns address”
The upsetting thing is I know it’s going to cost me money to return this item. I am also gutted because I know I’ll be writing another review in the next few days as I purchased two other items from them.

The item sent was not at all of any resemblance to the item advertised on their rather slick website.
What a real shame that I didn’t check out their Trustpilot reviews prior to purchasing.

Do not buy from this company. The description of the goods is inaccurate, I purchased some sleeveless dresses described as 95%cotton and lace, the images showed them as layered lace and embroidered patterns on the front. When they arrived they were 95% polyester and the layers are printed badly on the material, they look aweful. When I tried to return them they insist on them being returned to China (having been delivered from a UK address) and the cost of return was almost as much as the cost of the goods.

Men weigert me een retourverzendingsnota te sturen... op site van dexean belooft men linnen/katoenen jurken. Het ontvangen item bevat o , o% natuurlijk materiaal. Gans synthetisch. Voel me bestolen , opgelicht. Pure fake en fraude !!!

Ce site est une arnaque
