For me the difference that makes the difference is the people ..and in my case I could not be happier with everything that Ian and Blair did for me so responsive, supportive and always ready to help or give guidance. We were recommended a builder and choosing him was one of the worst decisions we have ever made, the project was late and a complete nightmare, but Ian and Blair got us through it... and they still pick up my calls and emails, they are always there to help.
