Very good service and quick delivery

Very good service and quick delivery, I will definitely be using again. I ordered a wrong product which was totally my fault but they allowed me to return the unused item and give me a refund and I then re ordered the correct item, everything was quick

The widest product selection i could…

The widest product selection i could find, but the buying experience difficult on the website. Delivery took longer than expected - there was no info about it during the check out process, and no notifications about at all to let me know when to expect it, and I was getting worried, but it eventually just turned up

Not quite what I had ordered.

Not quite what I had ordered.
I ordered different size colour coded wire brushes, as per the the items on your website.
The brushes are the correct size, but are not colour coded.
Having them colour coded makes it easier to use the correct one.
I made a telephone order previously and got the correct items.
