You did great
You did great, dispatched same day, but the delivery company let you down. They emailed to say that the parcel was at their delivery depot, and half an hour later they emailed again and told me they could not deliver until the day after the arranged delivery day, although I had paid for next-day delivery.

We wasn't entirely sure of the part which was needed. The team were friendly, helpful and prompt with responses. It took a while of communication and gathering information but they never once gave up and we're able to identify the part number of the items needed and we received our order yesterday. Thank you
