Simple and pleasant experience
Amazing experience moving our daughter home from college. Facility was clean and organized. Customer service from Sharron at the front desk was first rate! Price was reasonable and arrived much more quickly than I expected!

Great Service
Ma'shonna Sparkman, LA Customer Service Rep quickly assisted me with a booking # so I could get our clients shipment picked up. She also followed up advising when the cargo sailed and provided an ETA to the Port. This is the first time in years that I have had a rep provide a courtesy notice of when the cargo sailed. I was extremely impressed and grateful!

All of the administrative staff at DHX San Leandro, especially Sabrina Madrigal, are amazing. I am so grateful for their clear communication, timely updates and customer service. I always look forward to reaching out to them to coordinate because I know they have our best interests in mind. DHX is a first class operation!
DHX has very knowable people that have been in the business for many years. Everyone there is super nice and always make sure you get what you need on time.
The warehouse is extremely clean and the drivers pay attention to detail. We have never had anything we store or ship damaged along the way. We have been working with them for many years, and don't plan on leaving. I have always recommended them to my customers that need additional storge and everyone has had the same customer experience as I have.
