With all the companies that I’ve dealt with in the past (I’ve been Diabetic for 36 yrs) whether it be for diabetic supplies or what not… Diabetic Trust is a company you should definitely use if you have diabetic supplies. The customer service is absolutely amazing, outstanding and above all I’ve yet to deal with a company that has this well of customer service. They also are very fast with their processing, their payouts, and again their customer service should be dealt with by everyone just so they can see how well their customer service should be. They’re definitely a five star plus rating so again, if you have diabetic supplies, or if you’re just wondering how customer service should be within a company Diabetic Trust should used again and again and again!

This company has always been very good to me from the very first time I use them to present date the last time I sent in my products to them I used an old shipping label and when they didn't receive it I panicked because I had no money there was a lady that called me on the phone to assure me that not to worry that they would keep an eye on the shipments that came in with my name on it and rest assured they found it the next day and issued me a check but it was lost in transit and I wasn't sure where it went but she called me on the phone at night because I was in a panic and I didn't know what to do and for her to take the time off of the phones are just the time period to call me to reassure me is exceptional and absolutely the best customer service I've ever had it totally made everything okay nowadays you don't get any type of good customer service from fast food to the highest companies on the market and for her to take the time out to call me on the phone to assure me that it would be okay really speaks volume on the type of company and the employees that work for them really are .. I'm glad that when they created the name they put trust at the very end because I trust them and that name really represents them well I've read some of the reviews and I hate to see people talking bad about them because really it wasn't the company's fault it was their own fault . I know that everyone has their own opinion and unfortunately you can't please everyone I don't care where you are but I hate to see just a few bad reviews destroy what this company does so well at so please take my review and my words and please know that this company is wonderful they treat with everybody with respect they service their customers very well and they price the products that are sent into them accordingly the way it should be done hands down I wouldn't use anyone else other than these folks

Great transaction, went to website, read the easy to understand instructions, received the mailing label, read the very clear and understandable packaging instructions, mailed my items, received a few texts from them asking how everything went, Dan was great. In about a week I received my check for the amount promised, no hassles whatsoever, thanks.

Hi so I don’t normally leave reviews and everything but this company does deserve a review! They are amazing! I wanted to start off saying that I have done business with this company a couple times already! They are really great at communicating! If you have any questions they are always there to answer them for you! They are fast at delivery when it comes to receive the label your check and everything else! It's been amazing working with this company! I have personally tried other companies in the past some of them were fake websites or they were lacking in communicating. But since day one this company hasn't let me down! I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this company!
