Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I ordered my liquids last Thursday paying for Royal Mail 48 delivery. I received my liquids yesterday (4 working days from placing my order). I queried the delivery date and asked for my delivery fee to be reimbursed but did not receive any correspondence. And to make matters worse, I don’t believe my liquids are the strength I ordered - very different to my usual order!

After a closer inspection in to this we can assure you that you did not purchase from us. Maybe from another company but for some reason left the review on our page. If you can drop us an email to the mentioned email address and attach proof of purchase or an order number to show that it was us your purchased from we will be more than happy to come to an arrangement to get this resolved.

Sorry to hear that you was not happy with your delivery time. Although we strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible there are the unfortunate occasions that postal delays are out of our control.
Would you please be able to provide us with your order number as we was not able to find any orders from you under your name.
In regards to the 4 working day's delivery time this is within Royal Mail's delivery time frame for Tracked 48 (2-4 working days) and this can be found under our Shipping Policy (https://www.diamondmist.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy)
