Unimpressed
I returned a shirt that was the incorrect size. So far taken a week to send me replacement / bigger sized shirt which I would not expect from a company in the UK which prides itself apoarently on orders being satisfied in 48 hrs?
Communications also poor...took 2 e mails before I could get a response.
When I eventually get my shirt will not be using this company again. Very poor!

Hi Paul, disappointing to hear this. Let’s look at the timeline: original order was received within 2 days. Your exchange was sent back which took another couple of days to receive, then the return was checked, processed and the new one shipped out all within 2 days, we’ve also had a weekend in all that. Sorry that you have been unimpressed, but the reality is that it hasn’t been anything excessive. The product I am sure you will enjoy very much, should you feel differently in the future then feel free to contact us directly to see if we can arrange something for you.
