Completely misleading website
Looks nothing like the picture, which has a beautiful stained glass style lamp supposedly made of resin. What arrived what a cheap plastic lamp that looks nothing like the photo apart from the fact that it's also a cat.

This company is a scam. They sell inferior products & will only refund if you are willing to pay the returns fee. The product is nothing like the picture on the website. AVOID AT ALL COST.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM!
SCAM! Do not buy from! Misleading website will take your payment in the Netherlands, and you receive your order 2 weeks later from China. GOODS COME FROM CHINA.
Goods are very poor quality, defective in my case, are different to what is advertised on their website and just cheap rubbish.
Company doesn't follow their legal obligations with returns. They try to force you to pay return postage to China.
I purchased a pair of lamps from Diana's Jewels Website.
Goods were not as described, defective and poor quality. I got an email back from Customer Services agreeing to give me a full refund, but stating they would not pay for return postage, due to their returns policy.
By virtue of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have protection. I made the purchase in the UK and due to the defective goods, also not as described as they were much smaller than stated on the website, I do not have to pay return postage.
Retailers based overseas but actively marketing to the UK must comply with the consumer protection laws here. This includes adhering to rules on when a customer can return a product.
Another example of foreigners taking the p!$$ out of UK.
So it's off to get a Chargeback from the bank.
BE WARNED! Save your money and yourself a load of grief by NOT BUYING from these con artists!!

This website and facebook adverts are a scam
I waited weeks for the Pomeranian light to arrive and when it did it the item looked nothing like the item on the website which refers to high quality resin and hand finished to perfection. What arrived was cheap nasty plastic with no resemblence to the item online which is more of a tiffany style lamp. This website and adverts on facebook are just scams and all the reviews on facebook are negative.

Nothing like the photos advertised on Facebook and the website
I could of made it better, the photos look really classy but in reality it’s more like a school child made it badly
