I bought books from Diaper Book Club back in July. They took forever to ship, and then I received a notice from them that they'd been delivered when a) they never arrived and b) the shipping company shows they never arrived.
I've reached out directly and they have not yet responded.
Purchased a book two weeks out from Father's Day as a gift. After more than a week, I still hadn't heard anything about shipping or received communication of any kind. I emailed the company asking to cancel my order. I received no response back but did see that my order was refunded through my credit card statement. Overall communication is awful and I wouldn't chance buying from them again.
I bought a book and chose express shipping (for $30!!) with DHL Express in order to get it in time. This was two weeks ago.
Earlier this week I sent an e-mail to their support, I got no reply but shortly after I got an e-mail saying my order has been shipped. That was a lie... the tracking link first of all is for UPS, not DHL, and after 4 days, this is the message that still meets me on UPS's tracking link site "UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package."
These are unserious scammers, stay away from them.
Unresponsive customer service and terrible delays on shipping
Received a misprint of the book, emailed company twice, reached out on Instagram, attempted contact with no return. Book is missing two pages A/B and has repeats of C/D.
Zero contact from the company about a replacement or refund.
-Company has now reached out and is sending a replacement book (Feb 19/2024) Will update review upon arrival!
- March 1 - Received replacement book and it’s in good condition with no misprint. Very happy with the results.
I bought the book "R is for Rolex" on December 13. I have not received the book and have not gotten any information on the status of the shipment. I have written to them on Instagram and email, but they ignore the messages. Despite all this, they continue to post announcements on Instagram.
I honestly think it's a scam.
No communication whatsoever at their customer support or social media. Seems to not care at all. Shipment takes way longer than promised
