Amazing place to buy Blindbox toys, everyone is so helpful, fun and kind. The prices are low and anything you want that they don't have in stock they'll help you to order it in for a fair price. The live shows on tiktok are good fun and it's nice to see what you've ordered before it's sent. I'm a repeat buyer 💜
Most products and shipping is great. Customer service is not. Paid extra for a confirmed special (3 x Blindbox price) and was allowed to chose hair colour, month later item was sent (not bothered by wait, as had expressed hair colour. No screenshot sent). When received it wasn't as ordered - hair colour was the ONE I said I didn't want and plush also had factory fault. With blind boxes factory fault can be expected sometimes, with item specially sourced they should be high quality and what was paid for. Reached out to manager and he made a joke about it. Was offered compensation with my *next order* (like I was about to make another order after that one was messed up?) of the same freebie he was giving away on stream. I just wanted what I'd ordered. Id say great to buy from in stream, but make sure you see it unboxed and don't order confirmed special or secrets. Hosts are great, female manager is nice, male manager is rude and unprofessional.
Excellent plushies just got another delivery and I love everything. Super fast shipping and a fun place to shop with great customer service
Favorite shop!!! Jimmy & Zoe are hilarious. Kim and Jessi are the sweetest. Best team and such fun lives to be in. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Jimmy is a great host who always excels in customer service . He is very responsive on all media platforms if you need any assistance regarding your packages. All products always arrive in excellent condition and are packaged excellent with wonderful freebies. They are also known to giving a lot of chances to get a free blind box always giving back and thinking of the customers. Live is always a warm and friendly and welcoming atmosphere .

The hosts are awesome when they do my order. Everytime I get my order, the packages are packaged very well!! Very secure. I love the freebies they give too so buying from Didapop is very worth it for me!😻🥰
