Absolute scam, trousers where nothing like I ordered, was getting a response until I sent item back for a refund and now I'm getting nothing from them, I'm not sure how to get my money back, avoid at all cost

Total scam. I ordered tactical combat pants and received some sort of shiny K Pop dance pantaloons worth 1/10th of the money they charged.
I retuned the item, tracked and confirmed, and after 4 weeks no credit has been issued. My emails go unanswered.
This company is a fraud. A total scam. DONT NOT BUY FROM DIGAPPAREL!

They sell the worst quality clothes, they use misleading advertising. It is literally a theft of our money. I hope that the money they have stolen from me falls like a curse on these thieves.

Absolute scam! No way to contact except email. They send a USPS tracking order…. USPS has not received the package from DIG Apparels…. DIG says the order has been fulfilled…. Absolute garbage. So now I need to call my credit to reverse the charges and get a new credit card number….do not deal with this company!

Terrible experience with this online shop, which so far is proving to be a scam.
I found an advertisement on instagram and after buying a product of about 50€ the problems started.
The first sign of unprofessionalism was the shipping, I had selected the quick one instead the product was sent with the ordinary one.
The product that arrived at my home was not at all the one I had purchased, but another type that is worth at most €5.
The staff initially pretended to accept my e-mail, but when I asked for a refund they disappeared.

Terribile esperienza con questo negozio online che per ora si sta rivelando una truffa.
Ho trovato una inserzione su instagram e dopo aver acquistato un prodotto di circa 50€ sono iniziati i problemi.
Il primo segno di mancanza di professionalità è stata la spedizione, avevo selezionato quella rapida invece il prodotto è stato inviato con quella ordinaria.
Il prodotto che mi è arrivato a casa non era assolutamente quello acquistato, ma un altro tipo che vale al massimo 5 euro.
Lo staff ha inizialmente fatto finta di accogliere la mie email, ma quando ho chiesto il rimborso sono spariti.

This company is a joke I purchased 4 items from this company and received one pair of work pants that was nothing like that I ordered. After numerous emails trying to get a refund over been ignored I had to even go to the trouble of tracking my own return parcel to prove they had received there jokes pants back. From that I will never be ordering from there again and please I can't stress enough DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE..

Don’t buy from this company I really wish I have looked at the reviews it’s a total scam I bought some trousers and what I received was the cheapest Chinese rubbish you ever seen I and paid £50 for the privilege!!!!!!!!

Skod firma af værste skuffe. Tager meget længere tid med levering end lovet ( næsten 1 måned) og når der så kommer noget er det en elendig kvalitet og slet ikke hvad jeg har bestilt. Ud fra de andre anmeldelser orker jeg ikke engang at sende retur. HOLD JER LANGT VÆK FRA DET SKOD FIRMA. Ville ønske man kunne give minus stjerner

Scam… I repeat do not fall for this company’s sponsored ads on socials media…
My order was placed on the 31th July 2024… it’s now the 3rd of September with no delivery of goods in sight..
Chased this up for the whole month of August with them by email and the first time they apologized and said they’re looking into it but nothing happened after that and they are still looking into it.

Absolutely appalling sent me some knocked off tracksuit bottoms from China. They wouldn’t give me a full refund until I sent the item back to them in the UK which I had done. They then still refused to issue me a full refund until they find my items which were not sent to me so basically just make me go round in circles. This has been going on for 16 weeks they have no intentions to refund me. I cannot contact them because they have no contact number only email address, stay away they are just scam

Don't even try to buy anything from them! They send you completely wrong thing and then you will never get the refund. It looks like it's some company from China.

Massive regret, should have read reviews from here first. Total scam company

Scamers!!!
the same scheme as with other customers who bought them. I bought tactical pants for €55 and they sent pants that are not worth even $1. They are not even suitable for cleaning the floor. Then when I wrote for a refund, they wrote that apparently third parties made a mistake and it was not their fault. Sent a return receipt with fake address, no country, and the QR code doesn't work and the return code too.

Absolute sham of a company. Paid for a pair of tech trousers and what arrived was nothing like or of equal value to what they advertised. Paid approx€45 and received from China what I could have bought off temu for€5. Sent me a return label that the courier company couldn't scan as that label was already being used. Stay well clear

A scam, I ordered a pair of gen 2 green trousers.
What I got was a pair of grey kids trousers from china.
Avoid at all costs
