I ordered an album on the Sunday evening before Christmas - and it was delivered promptly a few days after Christmas. In the circumstances, I thought that was very reasonable.

Communication, they discovered a defect with the item ordered, i was informed quickly and given several options and contacted as soon as replacement item was available and out for delivery.

I have been listening to this album for over 40 years. As I received a gift voucher for Digin records at Christmas I decided to buy a new copy.
I will undoubtedly buy from Digin again in the future.
