I would like to clarify that the key you purchased is specifically for Windows 10 Pro, as mentioned in our product description. Unfortunately, Windows 10 Pro activation keys are not compatible with Windows 10 Enterprise editions. This is a limitation set by Microsoft and is beyond our control.

Purchased a MS office pro 2021 key from them, there was an error during online activation, which said "activation attempts exceeded". However contacted them via their e-mail, after 2 to 3 e-mails they provided another verification code for phone verification which worked so far.
