I ordered a pack of pens, & one of them came in broken. I contacted the seller & she said she could just send the replacement one so I didn't have to send the other good ones back. Then I liked them so much I ordered more & she said she found the spring that was most likely missing from my broken pen & that she would send that with my next order. I got the next order very quickly & sure enough the spring was in
there & it fixed my broken pen!! I was extremely happy with the quickness with which the seller responded & fixed my issues!! GREAT customer service & support!!
