I work at a premises that uses digital…

I work at a premises that uses digital fibre as their Internet and phone provider. We have had no Internet and no phones for nearing two weeks now and every time we call each person we speak to is unaware of the issue and have to start from the beginning again. They do not have a clue whatsoever and ive now had to buy extra data OUT OF MY POCKET to be able to use my iPad and phone to be able to work. Absolutely shocking company with absolutely no clue.

Although service sems great when you…

Although service sems great when you are being asked to transfer over to Digital fibre getting through to their customer service and the issue actually being sorted its not good at all. Have been trying to sort an issue for over a week now customer service don't really know how to sort issues out and tech support never phone you.

I am sitting here waiting for a call…

I am sitting here waiting for a call back from this company. I wasted all day yesterday doing exactly the same thing. While I have been waiting I have been reading through other peoples reviews. Despite the overall rating of four stars I am noticing an awful lot that have had or are having the same problems as myself.
My in laws are in their nineties and both with dementia. They changed to this company because they were told that BT would be stopping Analogue phones very soon wereas it isn't happening for years yet. They were offered a deal of about £30 a month but over the year and a half we have been with them it seems to go up every month and is currently £72 a month. When I ring up to query these rises I am told the £30 was an introductory offer ( no evidence that that was mentioned ) or some other mysterious charge has been added. As many people have mentioned it is difficult if not impossible to get through to customer service. If you do the people you speak to are very pleasant but they just spout the company line. One young lady was able to offer me a slightly lower monthly cost but if we accepted that then our contract would start again and as I wish to leave the minute our contract comes to an end ( without paying a huge penalty ) I didn't want to go down that route. Over the time we have been with them I have been accused many times of not paying the monthly invoice. When I pay it I send them an e mail to say I have paid it and a copy of the bank receipt but they still ring me ( or even worse my in-laws ) to say money is owed and they may be cut off. I have asked many times that they contact me rather than my in- laws but they ignore that. We have told them many times that my in-laws do not have a bank account which is why I pay by bank transfer and they still ring up to ask us to set up a direct debit. I am getting so angry with them that I am considering paying the early cancellation fee so that I can be shot of them. It's hard enough looking after two elderly people with dementia and many health problems without having to put up with all this rubbish. In conclusion I would advise anyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY like the plague.

no response/no communication

Lack of communication from this company is shocking, please see my previous post the the newmourous issues I have had.
The last issue I was expecting a call back as I wanted to make a complaint I never received a call so I emailed a complaint in which was on 30th March. To this day I’ve still not heard off the company.

This months bill price and slightly changed again so I tried ringing couldn’t get through so I emailed asking just for them to clarify reason why amount is slightly higher as bill due to go out through direct debit. I emailed regarding that on 14th still waiting to hear back.

I don’t believe there care about there customers, I don’t believe they communicate with each other. The price is ridiculous. Once the contact is up at the end of the year I will be leaving if not before

Digital Fibre Connections

Contacted digital fibre regarding a mistake in the costs on my bills from BT. Tiahh was able to listen to my concerns and sorted out my issues by reducing my landline and my mobile bill. She was polite, and made sure she was able to help me. Excellent service

ABSOLUTELY DISMAL

ABSOLUTELY DISMAL. THEY JUST PUT US ON HOLD FOR LITERALLY HOURS. I base my review on we were a new customer starting 11 May. We were without broadband and telephones for over 3 hours and your representative thought this was normal Friday 15May we came into work to no telephone service for over 2 1/2 hours. Your agent could only get one phone to work. They said it could be a faulty phone. And she would investigate. She did phone back 2 times and said she would phone back before 5. She didn't. They couldn't divert phone to my mobile. Our first phone call of the day knocked off after 1 hour. Rang again 15 mins...still no answer. 2 other staff members rang Digital for nearly an hour...got no reply. ..the sheer frustration was really serious. I sent several emails. Then after 2 1/2 HOURS one of your staff phoned. It is now 9 pm evening....still only one phone connected. We are an online and we take most of our orders via phone. We are a florist so phones are of the utmost importance. From the first day of business with Digital I so much regretted changing to their company. Do you not agree my review came from complete and utter frustration

Spoke to lovely belle on customer service who was very helpful and kind yet again. Wanted to also mention sophie where nothing is too much to ask for and she for sure is a credit to the company, i think i would be a lot more stressed if it wasnt for sophie

OUTSTANDING

Digital fibre have been absolutely fantastic and continue to support me whilst in dispute. More so, I would like to say a massive thank you to Chloe who has been incredible with service, ease of speaking and overall simplify things and making me have trust again in speaking to a company. Speaking to an actual human who understands you and calms you is priceless. Chloe you’re fantastic

Every thing went wrong

Every thing went wrong! Internet was changed over eventually but took a little while. Have only recently found out that they never notified the supplier so now getting double billed!!! Took out a phone package with them that took over 6 weeks to install after the handsets were delivered.

Customer service is very limited, they don't respond to emails and telephone calls to them are never answered, they always have to call back if you're lucky!

They are supposed to be taking care of termination charges from old supplier but it seems that hasn't really happened and they charged 3 months upfront before ethe system went live. Have had to pay current supplier in this time as well due to the lack of information.

If you want to waste you're time, effort and eventually legal cost, this is the company for you!

Waste of time and very frustrating. Do nothing they say they are going to do and seem happy take your money and give you the worst service ever
