Refund issues
Having had several issues with this company, with an advertising campaign we paid £2,000 they eventually agreed to refunding us. The refund deadline has now past and we are unable to get in contact with them through phone or emails. Extremely disappointing behaviour from a company that is meant to be supporting small businesses

Paid £2,000 for an advert we have not received
We are incredibly disappointed to discover that the advert we had paid for was not the one that had been displayed on the screens, nor was it feature on the screens within the time frame we had agreed upon.
The initial artwork made by Digital Screen Media was miss spelt, terrible grammar and put together extremely unprofessional. After discovering three months later that they were displaying the wrong advert they are refusing to refund us for the advert service we have paid for but not received. We are now going to have to go down the legal route to recoup our money.
This advertising company are taking advantage of small businesses that often rely heavy on these marketing campaigns being successful. The process has been a complete mess from start to finish.

From initial contact with sales team it was a smooth service. Pricing was reasonable and the graphic designers did a good job. I'd use again.

They take your money & run for the hills
We signed up in April 2024 to have our 'loop' shown at Cork Corrin & Dungarven marts i.e. signed on the dotted line & handed over the money!! 8 months later & TV's don't work / the respective marts have never heard of Digital Screen Media!!
Guess what, try to get through to a Director to make a complaint?? They are to busy!!
Presumably taking complaints!!
