Zero stars is more appropriate for this shambles of a company however unfortunately I can't give that.
Aviva used this company to set up a pension for me and do a straightforward transfer of funds into the pension. Something that is supposed to take 4 months maximum. It took nearly a year.
They lost my personal data 5 times and I'm now worried it will be used fraudulently.
Try to complain and they won't even speak to you, lie to you and make up different excuses for their complete incompetence.
They have wasted hours of my time trying to deal with this and money sending paperwork to them by signed for delivery which they then lose.
They don't even respond to complaints in time. That is how useless they are. If you ever find someone else has passed your matter to Diligenta to deal with tell them not to or pull your money out if they won't as you'll live to regret it if you deal with them.

Diligenta is the back office function for Scottish Widows among others and possibly the source of most of the administrative blunders and secrecy around missing data and portal access Not so best in class when the platform for business process services does not function and Scottish Widows helplines can’t explain what is going on non because it’s all hidden with this overstretched behemoth.
