Scam website seller via G2A, I didn't receive the game I purchased and I keep getting excuses.

I bought a 12 months spotify suscription and after 1.5 months it was deleted by this scammer. I contacted spotify miself and they told me that. What they do is the change the account settings in a way that the account is suspended y spotify returns the original payment to them. Fraudsters

I purchased two Spotify accounts. One didn’t work initially but was fixed after two days. About two weeks later, both accounts were deleted and became completely unusable.

The seller refuses any refund or assistance. Buying from this seller is high-risk and I strongly advise others to avoid them.

A week after purchasing, my account was blocked. I contacted the seller and they said it wasn't their problem. They told me to contact Spotify. If we look at the reviews, all the customers had the same problem with Spotify. Wrong behavior. I hope they'll provide me with new codes.

I purchased EA SPORTS FC 26 – Steam Account from this seller, and I never received access to the account. The order was put “on hold,” and the seller did not provide any login credentials despite repeated attempts to contact them. After filing disputes with my bank and following G2A’s instructions, the account and order were permanently blocked. The seller was unresponsive, and I lost both the product and my money. I do not recommend this seller, buying account-type items from them is extremely risky.

It's a scam. Doesn't follow EU regulations and refuses to refund, although 14 days haven't passed since the delivery of the product.

Habe schon bei vielen verschiedenen Händlern Game Keys gekauft und hat bis jetzt auch immer geklappt. Heute habe ich über G2A einen Key für Bodycam gekauft über Dingdangame und kann ihn nicht aktivieren weil er ungültig ist.

Update 2 Tage später:
Der Support hat relativ schnell geantwortet, das Problem war das es kein key direkt war sondern man hat eine FA von einem acc bekommen den man dann adden musste, und der hat einem das Spiel dann geschenkt. Da ist dann erst auch öfters ein Fehler aufgetreten aber nun hat es geklappt.

reportednit and requested a refund, later i tired again and still locked out but got a message in there email system they setup saying it had been logged into in hong kong after i reported it and taken over by someone there, am in scotland, reported to G2A and they have allowed him to.continue to scam me, provided plenty proof of whatsbhappend snd gaslighted,

seller also admitted they didnt like i reported the scam and now taking the utter piss and wont refund me

avoid like the plague both this seller and G2A.com

Ils ont tonjours botté en touche et le dernier échange indique que suite à une mise à jour de youtube ils n'ont plus rien à me dire. Mais qu'elle est le rapport entre youtube et leur site de vente de jeu en ligne? En gros ils racontent tout et n'importe quoi. Je dépose plainte auprès d'un avocat.

Same experience as most people here: was given an "account" instead of a key. Realized the issue without using or opening it and requested an exchange within minutes, but the company has a strict no refunds policy. They make their money scamming people.

Yeah You guys don't buy nothing from this seller, if you don't want to get scammed!! I accidentally bought an account thinking it was a key and asked him for the refund directly and he said he wasn't going to give the refund and that infomation was in the game announcement, lucky that G2A support saw my message and gave me the refund!

i know you guys are searching for the reviews to check how legit they are. i can speak for myself and say that they are legit i succesfully bought and received ark survival ascended from them.
