We experienced a water issue today due to a broken tap. Although my property manager, Abir, was on sick leave (which I came to know later), she still ensured that the situation was attended to and that I was taken care of.

I would also like to sincerely thank Audrey, who acted promptly and made sure everything was handled efficiently.
I am truly grateful for their support and really appreciate them going above and beyond to assist during this situation.

We contacted Dingle Partners' agent Dennis, regarding a property in Melbourne. It was a short and rude interaction that soured our entire experience of renting from this property manager. Please note to the agency: That there are human beings on the other side of the phone when talking.

All for the Landlord! As a tenant good luck to get 100% of your bond back even after vacating the premises in much cleaner condition than when moved in. Want the RBTA to decide the matter? Then wait about 6 months for a hearing. Instead I grudgingly took what I could get back. 2 stars only because the rep was courteous.

I came to the inspection at the appointed time and stood at the entrance to the house for 30 minutes !!! Beck's agent did not return calls, and I had to call the agency, where they told me that the check would not take place. I rewrote innspection the next day and my inspection was canceled! Don't waste your time with this agency. This is a disgusting agency with incompetent employees!

Dingle rarely responds to emails when you have any issues with the property. They are not easy to approach. I tried to find a tenant before I left and they were quite inefficient with the applications I forwarded. Their coordination between their different branches is also quite poor.
