Amazon purchase, time critical present for my son. Never arrived. Absent tracking information or response on what was happening. Clearly part of a deliberate pattern. Reflects badly on Amazon. Avoid.

Ordered a Switch 2 via Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Evri tracking says they are still waiting to receive the item. What sort of rubbish service is this. Seems like the good reviews are fake as there are others in the same position whereby the order was never delivered. Amazon you should NOT be using this company.

Like other people, I bought off this company via amazon and like them I recieved nothing. They issued a fake tracking number which hasn't changed status for ten days yet Amazon are still saying it will be delivered tomorrow.(even though it should have 17th Aug). It wont be of course and then I have to go through Amazon to get my £350 back.

Ordered a PlayStation 5 via this seller on Amazon on 10th August.
Tracking via Evri.
7 days passed. Tracking didn’t move and Evri never had the item. Seller never responded.
Filed an A-Z claim via Amazon after 10 days of no delivery and no contact and was granted a refund of over £500.
They was selling under the name Discount Direct on Amazon.
They are now using the name Shopsavvy.
Don’t be fooled by this FRAUD!!
Absolute scum

I bought a vacuum via Amazon. Delay after delay, was given a order number from Evri who, when I enquired didn't have the item and the number was invalid. Discount Direct do not respond to messages. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. it is potentially a SCAM and FRAUD. They have taken my money and I have no vacuum. Hopefully Amazon will refund my money.

DO NOT USE Total fraudsters. Took money via Amazon for a fan had run around with dated for delivery for three weeks then said not available . Amazon totally useless cant control third party sellers.
Have started "small claims court action" as bordering FRAUD Now have a ccj against them

Washer on the way out so went to Huddersfield branch 1230 Sunday and the Washer we chose was in and working 915 Monday, £20 delivery and fitting and disposal of old one , curries wanted £75 , been going here for years and will not go anywhere else, great service

I went onto the website for Direct Discounts with the hope of finding a customer service email address but couldn’t find one anywhere.
I purchased a fridge freezer on 10/6/2026 and so far am delighted with it.
When i had left it 4 hours as requested to allow the gasses to settle i looked for the plug,found it stuffed into the bottom rear of the unit. I wondered why the plug wouldn’t fit into the socket and couldn’t believe it when one of the pins was broken off from the three pin plug and the other two bent.Fortunately i had a spare plug so had to replace it.
Not a good start but hopefully it will be many years before i need a replacement.

Couldn't and wouldn't price match home depot or Lowes and Menards!😪
Took two days to even respond and I had to call twice!

We visited the branch in Halifax this afternoon, for a built in microwave, we were served by Richard, who managed to resolve our problem straight away after many hours on the internet searching!!
I would definitely recommend Direct Discounts, lovely friendly staff who are very knowledgeable.

Never disappoints
Washer broke at the weekend- visited the Huddersfield store Monday afternoon the gentleman who served me was so helpful without being pushy. The washing machines just been delivered this afternoon (Tuesday) delivery guys were brilliant!

I consider myself very lucky indeed to have found Direct Discounts. My washing machine had gone on the blink after returning home from holiday, I went to Currys stores initially and was about to purchase a new machine, when they started added further prices to my original purchase, a fee for disposal, fitting, delivery, it was a complete rip off, so I cancelled my order and returned home to surf the internet, I had never heard of Direct Discounts before and was surprised to find they had a warehouse only a few miles away in oldham. I visited the warehouse and was amazed at what I found, the staff and fitters were amazing, not hidden costs free delivery, yes free, only £10 for fitting and £10 for disposing of the old machine, no hidden extras, not trying to sell you warranties and insurance, just straight foreword no nonsense, down to earth, good business sense and at very highly discounted prices, I really cant praise this company enough and sincerely thank them for the service they gave him, well done guys and thank you.

Our built under oven died on Sunday so on Monday we visited the Huddersfield store. We chose a new oven with the help and advice of the friendly staff who confirmed they could arrange to remove our old oven and then connect the new one. Wednesday lunch time old oven gone and new oven fitted and working. Efficient and prompt service at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Ordered Sunday teatime, appliance came 10am Monday morning, amazing.
Guy that delivered the appliance was brilliant couldn't do enough. (Sorry no name).

Oldham branch….. went to collect my fridge freezer. Once I checked it over, it was well bubble wrapped for the journey. Had a browse around the outlet, Dan was a mine of information on all the appliances we asked about. Some lovely appliances at very good prices. Got my eye on a couple of other items now.

I and my family have used this company for many years for personal and business use and have found them very competitive on price. They are also very friendly, helpful and efficient.
With online and superstore and direct in store purchase options for those that want to see the hoods first hand, they tick all boxes.
I am a portfolio landlord with many decades of experience.
My latest purchase was a fridge freezer for a tenant as theirs had broken down.
I telephoned on Sunday afternoon. The fridge freezer arrived on Monday at 9.30 about 19 hours after ordering!
They removed and took away the old one and installed the new one without fuss.

That's what I call great service and I am pleased to give them 5 stars. They are worth more than 5 stars!
