Final update
My item was picked up on Monday back with CBS on Tuesday. Amazingly I have had a brand new device delivered today Wednesday!
That is the best service I have had in almost 70 years. I don't know why this company has any bad reviews as I have found them excelent. Yes the first one was faulty but it was a unopened box. The price was Cheap as well.

Well I was worried when I read some reviews but someone said it was the same company as direct power tools. So I took the plunge and 48 hours later I have my Ryobi jet wash at a very good price. Everything was fast kept informed on delivery. I have left this review as I’d read a few bad ones, that certainly isn’t my experience. I saved almost a 1/3 of the price. Thanks and they will be my go to tool company.

If I am honest I was a little put off by the mixed reviews but I have to say my experience was excellent. I wanted a specific tool and it was much cheaper here. There were some good and some less good reviews but the saving and other checks convinced me. Fantastic service, speedy delivery & great price. I couldn't be happier

I wouldn't use them again.

I ordered something from this company sent it by DPD and DPD delivered it to a Working Men's Club round the corner.
I contacted CBS power tools about this all they could do if change the delivery date it didn't seem to care or do anything else about it I had waited in all day to receive the batteries which was a complete waste of time there was no apology our empathy from CBS at all I would never use them again and I just hope people read this review

Will never buy from you again...
Easy purchase, speedy delivery, saved a couple of £ over buying direct from Ryobi... never again. The worst after care and customer service directing me straight to Ryobi after a tool broke after 5 months and only about 8 uses.. The Consumer Rights Act states the seller (that's you CBS) is responsible for the first 6 months.

Avoid at all cost.

Had a few things from this company now. Ordered the latest one at lunchtime and it was delivered by DPD next morning at 9.30. Couldn't get any better service than that. Prices are always competitive.

The worst after sales support I have ever had
Refused to change the unit number on my address after I had placed an order for a Nailgun kit .Any reputable online company could have easily handled the support request and made the amendment to the order . All that needed changing was the house number …simple.
Instead they wanted to refund and then have me place the order again …even though the item hadn’t even shipped yet!
The rude support guy then claims it’s a security policy ! What rubbish!!
Stay well clear of this mom and pop organisation…seems like it’s run from someone’s back office and not a fully fledged online service

Just ordered some more tools from CBS and I'm once again thrilled.
The team have been extremely helpful over the phone kindly combining two orders into one shipping bundle and have put up with my issues making payment.

On a previous order they were just as helpful and extremely quick and responsive getting a warranty issue sorted out.

Really impressed (again) - have recommended them to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Great prices and customer service. Sorting out problems is the mark of a good company and after delivering the wrong drill they sorted it out immediately with correct delivery and pick up of incorrect item.
