Communication from Mansai made all the difference. She was a great help to me and finding where my payment went. We found out that it did go to a "nothing account" somewhere else. Although it should have come back to me through my bank, that is NOT the fault of Direct Energy. It would be the Town and how their program is designed. After finding out my money is there, literally, no where to go, the Town is refunding me No Problem, they were honest. Mansai and I had a great chat and got it sorted out much faster. We do wonder why it didn't come back into my account....that is out of our hands. Mansai definitely deserves a 5 star for great service, great UNDERSTANDING! We fixed it in no time.
