This was my first order and I realized soon afterward that I forgot to order the Lourdes Miraculous water bottles. Paul from customer service helped me and I was able to add the bottles to complete my order. Customer service was quick to respond and friendly service. I'm looking forward to receiving my rosary beads and Miraculous water bottles. I've already referred this website to my family. Happy customer!

I am very impressed at Direct from Lourdes in many ways. 1/st, they were very prompt with their reply's, 2/nd, their products exceed what i expected.
The room blessing picture is beautiful! Also the small miracles of light cross is also amazing! Love it!
The sacred heart Lourdes water font is so ornate and perfect. The Lourdes water came unspilled and sealed tightly. 3/rd thing: Packing was superb. Truly a great job in all ways. Once I received my item and the Direct from Lourdes website card was included, I received excellent customer service. I originally ordered through Amazon. The order was taking longer than expected so I tried to contact the seller through Amazon. I didn’t receive a response so I canceled my order. Then I received my order a few days later so I wanted to pay for it. The phone number didn’t seem to work so I went to the website to complete the contact form. I received an immediate response and was able to pay for my item. The responses were pleasant and I was able to get everything resolved quickly.

I am so thankful for this gift shop, Our Lady of Lourdes , saint Bernadette, everything is so special. Today is Our lady of Lourdes feast day Feb 11, i ordered some things. I have ordered before and i was very happy. Thankyou again,

I ordered Lourdes Holy water on Wednesday the 8th Feb I subsequently received an email informing me it would take 2 to 3 weeks. I received my order on the 9th Feb the following day. What a service, fantastic.
I can only state how pleased and surprised I was. 10/10...

I purchased the holy water that was in the Mother Mary statue it is simply beautiful.
My son Michael has had severe chrones since he was young, when I received the holy water I placed it on his stomach and prayed over him he has not had any severe pain since.I believe in the power of prayer and I believe in miracles too.

I just placed my second order for Lourdes holy water. It has become an essential part of my prayer practice.

I made an error in my delivery address - the customer service I received about rectifying this was great. They assured me that they would resend the package and did so the same day. Also very quick to respond to email enquiries and, as stated above, very helpful.

I was in Fatima in 12/26/22 didn't have too much time to shop and I could have been there all day. I was on a Spain and Portugal trip and they only gave us 1 hour.Visiting the church took most of my time and it gave 10 minutes to shop and had to leave.

Love the products. High quality.

Errata corrige: Premettendo che avevo dato una pessima recensione sia all'azienda "Direct from Lourdes, sia alla "Catholic Gift Shop", mi sono ricreduta, dato che Catholic Gift Shop Ltd. ha dimostrato di essere alla fin fine un'azienda seria che prende in considerazione le istanze di chi (la sottoscritta) ha inviato una donazione esagerata (€100 Euro invece di €10) per errore per la mera richiesta di consegnare una preghiera urgente alla Grotta di Lourdes. Riconoscendo l'errore, Catholic Gift Shop ha inviato oggi stesso il rimborso di €90,00 per cui ringrazio e mi scuso per le precedenti recensioni! T.C.

Errata Corrige: I would like to change my last two (2) reviews which were rather negative probably due to a gross misunderstanding or some technical mishap. "Direct from Lourdes" and "Catholic Gift Shop Ltd." finally refunded today the €90,00 difference due me for an excessive donation I mistakenly sent for the mere request of delivering an urgent prayer to the Grotto in Lourdes. After several mishaps, Catholic Gift Shop Ltd. did send me the refund and for this I thank them and apologize for the less than flattering prior review I wrote about both "Direct from Lourdes" and "Catholic Gift Shop".
