Goood service but hidden fees

Service is good and they respond very quickly.
However, it's not always the same person who replies so it makes it hard to keep good communication.
On a transaction of US$ 2000, US$ 75 where lost on "other banks fees" which I wasn't warned before hand.

I'm sorry to hear you are dissapointed. We made commission of NZD 5.83 on your deal as an indication of how good your rate was. Its unfortunate fees were deducted at the receivers end- this can happen sometimes but its impossible to know how much the receiving bank will take. USD 75.00 is about as high as it gets.

Nothing is a problem, no pressure to lock in a price , Neven even offered to keep an eye on the exchange rate when I explained my intension.

Professional reliable service with far favourable rates than any bank.

Direct FX has been helping us with our FIFO wage transfers from Australia to NZ for past 9 months.
We have experienced a professional service at favourable rates.
The process is very easy, with no complications to date.
Communication is excellent, professional and easy.
I appreciate the efficient and reliable timing of our transfers into our bank here in NZ.
Their rates and fees are far favourable than any bank.
