I was very happy with the speed, efficiency and courtesy of the service. The process was very clear and easy to follow. One suggestion is to revise one of the instructions: a bank complained there were no boxes to fill for 'full name and address' of the sender of funds when the deposit was made, and this caused confusion at the other end. Please check if this is an issue.
