After being let down by another company , this company delivered fabulous binoculars for my dad in good time.

I had a small issue with my item coming from outside of Europe, Adam from DirectNine responded to my mail immediately to help out.
I couldn't be happier.

Swift reply regarding the order. The item came in decent packaging.

I had problems getting a micro USB adaptor that worked so was very happy when I received yours and it worked

Do not use!

Bought item from DirectNine in UK. They elected to ship item from USA but was not advised of this and clearly that is their choice. However the product did not work as advertised and when I tried to return it they insisted I pay to ship item back to their USA address rather than their UK address, effectively making the product non returnable due to the international shipping costs they wanted me to pay!

I tried repeatedly to resolve and even offered to pay for the cost to post to their UK address but they refused and after escalation offered a voucher rather than a refund so have had to raise with third parties and credit card company for resolution to try and get a refund for the item. A complete waste of time and effort.

Avoid this company.

Good product
Well packed and well shipped

I ordered my item about two weeks ago and they said it would arrive May 6th and it did. I was concerned about custom duties when I realized it was coming from the US to Ireland, but it was very plan sailing.

The product is great and the delivery is first class. I would just like to suggest that the company considers a higher quality buckles to match better the unbelievable quality of the lether. Great product though.

Direct line did get in touch since my last Review and in fairness said they are going to sort out my issue
They are going to replace my camera with a new better one
Hope it's better than the first one

Low price and friendly, helpful telephone customer service.

Had an issue with transit/carrier which delayed the shipping. Contacted DirectNine and it was sorted within a few days and communicated all the way through. Great service!
