Ordered some samples, delivered within a few days. Very useful.

I ordered oak flooring for both living room and kitchen and they are kindly keeping it safe in storage for march and september.. Thanks kindly

Samples sent promptly with a follow up call, well done.

Ordered 3 samples was only sent 2 and the floor fitter who was coming to measure cancelled an hour before the appointment.

Great product. Will visit Edinburgh showroom to place an order very soon.

Right from the start, when we visited Bracknell Flooring Superstore, we were given excellent advice.
The fitter, Anthony O'Neill, did a fantastic job - very precise with attention to every detail. We would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony.

My samples arrived quickly, I was impressed with the level of service and materials.

Ordered samples which were of great quality and arrived quickly. Company checked they were received and asked if they could help with anything else which was great

I was sent samples out. They are arrived really fast after ordering. Samples were fantastic quality and looked lovely. I changed my mind about how I would decorate the room, however I will definitely be shopping here in future. Thank you.

Bought laminate flooring from this place back in December 2025. They charge almost 50£ for delivery. They entered wrong address for delivery, I have bring all boxes to my address by self from 3-4 houses down the street. They charge for pickup of all boxed leftovers+ 10% for reshelfing! We make mistakes, so now I know never to buy from this place again 😊

Sales staff had good knowledge of the products and their application. The quality and variety of the flooring was lovely and delivery was quick and easy.
The staff were helpful, friendly and easy to discuss all aspects of our purchase with. A great experience all round.

Direct Wood Flooring provided an exceptionally efficient and professional service. From enquiry to delivery, everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help, making the whole process easy and stress‑free. Their clear communication and reliable support gave me full confidence in my purchase. A truly excellent company that I’m happy to recommend.

We purchased natural country oak herringbone flooring. Peter at the Birtley store was very helpful. I would have given higher rating if it hadn’t been for the disastrous delivery and the lack of manufacturing control on the flooring as there were a very large amount of faulty boards. These were replaced quickly thanks to the customer service team.

We had a great experience at the Wolverhampton showroom with Alex who was warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. He made the whole experience of ordering our floor and fitting very easy.

The flooring was delivered 2 days prior to installation, as arranged, and on the day of fitting the installers were punctual and completed their work in a timely manner and to a high standard.

We love our new floor and highly recommend Direct Wood Flooring.

Great Products, great service always gone over and above to help

Great flooring, great service! Staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. When the delivery arrived I was home alone and the driver helped me to get my order inside.

Great choice of flooring in store , great staff who were helpful and advised us well.

Great customer service all around. Shak of the Brent Cross store goes above and beyond to advise on the product and makes sure the delivery goes well. Product looks great.
